I got here at 8:35 and waited for a couple minutes until the employee attended me. He advised me that they close at 8:00pm and that they don't accept any orders after that time (despite their website saying that they close at 9:30pm). He said that I would have to cancel the order myself, which seemed odd. I replied that I would rather he cancel it. Hopefully it went through and I get my money back. Management needs to either change their hours on their website to reflect 8:00pm or advise their employees to not close until 9:30pm. Very poor service.

No one was tending to the front. A worker comes out to refill lettuce. He turns to another worker in the back (I assume to notify and take the order). I still haven't been acknowledged at this point, although we've made eye contact. Lettuce filler walks to the back, another worker comes out, looks at me then puts two buns on the grill. Must've been for a doordash order but no acknowledgment! No "we'll be right with you" and the look on their faces was nonchalant. Some places thrive more off of online orders than dealing with the public. This seems like one of those places.

This place will absolutely leave you cheesin'!!!…read more I never knew how to answer "what's your gas station order" until this place. Located inside a gas station, you'll find some delish food. There is one guy manning the register and grill but man does he know how to whip up a cheesesteak!!! Immediately upon arrival, we were greeted and he is super friendly! My boyfriend and I ordered their philly cheesesteak with a side of rice pilaf. The man told us our order would take around 15 minutes, which isn't bad for a good meal! We waited in the car and literally 15 minutes on the dot our order was ready! When I tell you this is the best rice pilaf I've ever had... I mean that ish. It was so good! The cheesesteak was also super delicious. Obsessed.

I moved here 2 years ago and not once have I heard about this place even though I live just down the street. The menu has an incredibly unexpected variety and I really loved the emphasis on soul food, but I had a craving to satisfy so I ordered the cheeseburger combo. Service was friendly, prompt, and super efficient. I sat at an empty booth but the food was prepped so quickly it didnt feel like I waited very long. Immediate 5 stars for that. In the car, I decided to sneak a seasoned fry and that was pretty much it for me. It was so delicious I couldnt stop eating the fries. Literally took me about 5 minutes to get home. I practically ran into the house. The burger was perfectly wrapped and still incredibly hot. As a matter of fact, my purse was still on my shoulder when I started in on the burger. And it delivered!!!!! It was EXACTLY what I was craving. The burger patty immediately tasted fresh and not frozen. I don't know who is eating the double burger because the single cheeseburger was THIIIIIIICK! and thick with flavor! I couldn't even finish the burger and it was still hot when I wrapped it back up!!! HOT not warm. In closing, I will most definitely be back. I saw a few soul food items I NEED to have. It's been 2 years and I think I've finally found my burger place. Mahalo!!!!

I would not go back. Service was not the best as we we're waiting to be served a party receiving their food the worker knocked over there drink, you would think they would at least clean up there mess as they dropped it or at least put a sign to inform people there is a spill. It took up to the time we were leaving after eating our meal for them to put a sign. Not very safe would not recommend this location. Also I order a wrap and wanted a wheat tortilla, they did not have any the only tortilla they had was tomato basil which is no where on the menu. So menu is misleading and false advertising.
