Got some drive thru to take it home. They handed us the wrong order so we parked and went in. They quickly fixed it and were very apologetic about the whole thing. Honestly, this KFC food is a lot better than it was in the past. Its food was fresh and the grease was not old. The cooks here have upgraded the quality of food and service. The yelp ratings is not reflective of today's food at this KFC. (The one on Carlisle Pike needs to be closed down!). "Ignore the COVID reviews" - Please make sure you don't listen to that quote below. This restaurant is still not adhering to masks and Bruce L. could potentially lead others to exposure if eating here. No one in the restaurant was wearing a mask except for the person at the window. I initially ordered a bucket meal and additional sides, but upon seeing that every single worker in the restaurant was not wearing a mask, the food was tossed. Not only were they not wearing masks, but they were yelling and joking around, thus making potential spread even worse. I could expect this from a hole in the wall restaurant, but this seems to be unacceptable behavior from a national chain when other national chains are taking such strict measures during this pandemic. I have since reached out to corporate to relay these concerns. I would advise any person craving KFC to look elsewhere until these issues are rectified. read more

Stopped in here (eating in) on a noontime errand run, and I wish I hadn't. The manager seems to be incompetent , and he has a small crew of incompetent people working for him. Service was very slow, orders were getting screwed up with reckless abandon, and the wait time was almost unbearable. Rather than help fill orders that were backed up (there was at least a half dozen customers standing around, waiting for food), the manager continued taking orders, compounding the problem. KFC food is a nice indulgence once in a while, but it definitely isn't worth the wait I had to endure at this location. I don't know why the rating is so low at this location. Whether it be 6 days, 6 weeks, or 6 months between visits, I always get excellent service. There may be new people who don't know me, but I'm always treated the same, as a valued customer. They care about my business, and I have never once received poor or mediocre service. Guy at the drive through you could not understand he was very confusing and did not understand anything. On top of that he had a attitude he should not even be allowed to work at a drive through. He could not even take a order, then the chicken was sub par the breading was mushy and sticky was not even crispy. Tonight .I drove thu the drive tru.ive been going here for 11 years,they used to have a sign ,stating if we fail to provide a receipt your meal is free,that was missing,so my order was easy,5 dollar meal,the little sandwich for 6.99 and wedges.i get home,3 mies away.highland park..find no receipt, and NO little sandwich. Turn around go back inside,waiting 10 minutes in line,confront the manager who tells me they stopped providing receipts because the phone rings off th e hook and without one,I'm NOT getting my little sandwichs.si KFC you beat me out of $6.99 .and you didn't exceed my expectations with your Spanish cashier calling me huni,and baby,I have 20 grandchildren, and have driven thru.your store and ordered 50 to 75 dollars in quick food in the past decade.i have 8009 people on 2 social media accounts and manage 5 dealerships. 7/17/18 went through drivethrough with a $41 bill; had 3 kids, 2 very small. When we got to where we were eating, they hadn't upgraded the bucket to all white meat, didn't include a large corn, didn't give dipping sauce requested, didn't give a receipt at all, and had smushed all the biscuits into flat or crumbled status by forcing them into the chicken bucket. I called at 6PM & female manager was argumentative, insisting they packed 4 breasts, 4 wings, thigh, and leg (even though I only got a 8pc!). I was LOOKING at 4 wings, 4 thighs. She wanted me to come back to exchange the items, but I couldn't (babysitting), and asked for a refund of the overcharges. She discussed the order with me including the charge. Told me she'd check the video and call me back - never did. I called back at 8:15 pm, told to call back in 30 min. Called at 8:45p, was told she'd call me back. She never did (Surprise!). I saved the 4 thighs. Called 7/18/18 at 5pm to get no answer. At 6:15 pm got another person who tells me the manager isn't there. This person called the manager then called me back; evidently the manager wanted me to bring in the whole meal to get a full refund, even though I already had told her I couldn't do that (we were eating what was correct the night before and I'd told her that the day before). I was told how they have a no receipt no refund policy - well, your personnel is who DID NOT give me the receipt. The person on the phone also seemed to be saying the manager told her I was a liar because she packed the order herself. So yes, I agree - don't go here, tell your friends, horrid manager who would rather have her franchise negatively affected than refund $10-$15. I'll also be calling corporate. read more
