Worst service ever. Place was dead when I walked in and you could feel the disgust that theses individuals had to help me. All they had to do was grab 3 pieces of chicken, a biscuit, and a scoop of mashed potatoes but it was beneath them. I tried to be nice and thank them but they kept their backs to me and ignored me. New to Hutchinson and decided to try some chicken. Food is terrible, chicken smelled like old burnt grease and half of the chicken wasn't fully cooked. The only thing fit to eat was the one biscuit in the order. Now we know why there's never any cars at this place. Most disgusting chicken I've ever eaten. Not KFC worthy at all. Service was slow and unprofessional and we were the only customer. So sad KFC. read more

Reoccurring joke. 7:30 pm Went through the drive thru to be greeted by a sign that said something to the effect that the speaker was broken so pull around to the "window". 1 car ahead of me 13 minute wait. I ordered the "Original" 12 pc variety bucket to be told that they were out. Only have Extra Crispy and that it would be 25 minutes before they "had any more". What does that tell you? If you are consistently out of "Original Recipe" it just might be your best selling variety which by the way you should never be out of. Extremely poor management. read more

The new employees at 4th in Hutchinson Kansas are a great group of people fast. I live across the street basically so I try to go there frequently. Once again it took 30 minutes for a 2 piece meal. Place is hot. Employee was complaining how hot it was in there. I always have problems at this KFC, not to mention the quality isn't great, but it's the closest to me. Today has been bad! I placed my order online, giving them more than a half hour before I arrived, only to get here and find they already sold almost all of the original recipe in my order and wanted me to get something else I didn't want or wait 10-15 minutes for them to start cooking it. That was really frustrating enough, then the customer service was horribly rude!!! I love KFC, but I have got to stop coming to this location! read more

The buffet was cold and the food was dry. It was also quite messy.

I just moved to this new town and It's my first visit to KFC in this state! I was greeted by a nice young lady which we asked to give us a few minutes to decide. After we had reviewed and made a choice a young man approached us to help. Well we ordered a family meal and my husband wanted crispy chicken and we were informed that it would be 30 minutes I asked my hubby if he wanted to wait and he said yes m. We tell the young man we would like a 1/2 crispy 1/2 original and next came the eye roll and the clear face of disappointment that we had asked for crispy. He walks away and informs the cook that crispy chicken is needed. Sometimes I just wonder why people stay at jobs they clearly don't like. It does not make the customer feel welcomed at all. I'm sitting here with more of a feeling of apology for bothering him with our order...it took a lot for myself and my husband to not mention how rude he was and clearly annoyed by us. This location is newly remodeled which is so nice! The staff can be rude, and not very sociable! They also take F.O.R.E.V.E.R getting you your order!!! There is nothing bad to say about the food! Its been graaaand for the last few visits :)) read more

I hate that this is the only real chicken place in town. The food is ok. But not what you would expect from a KFC. The service is the biggest issue. The staff is rude and unprepared. They always tell me they're out of something. They do ft close until 10 and I showed up at 6:30 and they're "out" of the chicken I want. How does a chicken place run out of chicken? They address too busy cutting up in the kitchen or being inappropriate loudly, or arguing to even take an order. That would also explain why it takes 20 minutes to get any order through the drivethru. I think I'll just start spending more to get chicken from Pizza Ranch. read more
