We ordered when the World Cup futbol game started (Nigeria v. Bosnia) and by halftime still had NOT received our food. They graciously brought us some toasted bread while we waited. When the food did arrive, another 15 minutes later, it was 180° different - the chicken was tough, the criolla sauce was tasteless, the vegetable were overcooked, the chicken fingers were uncooked and inedible, the fries were limp and lifeless. Joshua, our server, was apologetic and sympathetic. He said that others had complained about the food and that there was a different chef from our last visit. Even our first waitress came over and confirmed the difference. We were severely disappointed. So, the lesson seems to be - call first and ask who is cooking before stopping in.
