Just a pit stop on the way to Niagara Falls (American side). After 5+ hours on the road we needed a flush and a little nourishment, before going the final miles to our destination. Chicken was what was desired and this KFC was closest at hand. It could have been a small disaster when I found that the lights in the men's room were motion activated and went out while saluting at the toilet. A quick stamp on the floor relit the overheads for a few seconds, but I was in the dark a half dozen times before I finished my performance. The chicken tenders were decent; came with two sides (slaw and sweet corn) and two sauces (useless calories). I have been there only a few times since they have opened because the service has always been horrible, but tonight while pulling up to the drive through I asked for "just a moment please" and the young man on the other end said "ok" and then proceeded to talk sh*# about me for apparently inconveniencing him. I ordered something small just so I could stop at the window and after I got what I ordered I informed him that maybe he should be careful about talking about customers on the headset. Smh he had no response. No apology. His jaw dropped and he closed the window and walked away. Very professional there. Ugh. Won't be back! read more

Two times in a three day span that their drive thru person was so rude. Both times there would be a huge wait for crispy chicken. First time she tried passing the wrong type of chicken off on purpose. When there today, I asked what was always going on with the crispy chicken, she states that she only works the drive thru and doesn't cook the chicken. It's really funny how when I pulled in the shift leader was standing outside and a blonde girl with a headset on had to go back in when I pulled into the drive thru. The chicken was obviously old and placed back in the fryer to be reheated as it was scorched and stunk! I had to throw it away!!! Never ever going back there and Kentucky Fried Chicken was always my most favorite fast food- not anymore!!! read more

Good customer service but when it came to the food no good service. Ordered the 3pc Chicken Box only got two pieces of chicken and both my sides look like they were ate. Asked for extra biscuits never got those! First time here sense they opened and I don't think I'll be going back. read more

This is quite literally the slowest KFC, make sure you have a half hour plus to wait in line. We sat in a non moving drive through for a minimum of 30min just to get to order. The drive through is setup to where you can't get out once you are in it. Watched multiple cars leave once they got the chance because they were unable to do buckets of chicken. I would drive to Southport's KFC/Taco bell even with the extra drive you'll probably get your food faster. read more

Stopped in Horseheads KFC. My granddaughter was hungry. We ordered the 10 piece bucket for 30.44. Got home and my 10 year old granddaughter started screaming for my help. She said " Grandma it is spilling all over me and burning"! I ran to the other side of the car to grab the bag. The gravy was spilled all over and running out the bag. I called the manager to let them know what had happened. His reply to me was they didn't have the right lids and cups for the gravy and he could give me new gravy!!!!!!! I told him it spilled all inside my car and all over the food and it also burned my grandaughter's leg! Are you kidding me? I hung up on that sorry ass and don't know where to go from here. Never have any food always act like dope slingers and food is never fresh it's like it sits around for 45min before you get it

This is the second time that I've stopped at least an hour and a half before posted closing time and placed my order only to be informed that "we are out of chicken and can substitute you with a smaller amount of chicken for the same amount of money. I ordered your 4 piece combo which is a breast, thigh, and leg and a wing with 1 side. I was informed that you are out of breast and thighs and if I wanted the meal still they would substitute the breast and thigh with another drumstick and wing. I'm not the most educated man but I have enough sense to know that the quantity of meat that you get from a chicken breast and thigh is significantly greater than the amount of meat that you get from 2 drumstick and 2 chicken wings. Your portion sizes have been getting smaller and smaller over the years anyway and to be told that for the same price I can settle for less quantity of food to eat.No thank you,You've cemented your reputation for customer service with me and I will no longer spend another penny or recommend ANY further business with your company or restaurant. When you have chicken in the name of your business in big bold letters on the building and spend as much you do on advertising, you'd think that if a costumer was going to order something that the business would make sure that things are available but apparently not the case because it's happened twice to me.
