We ordered the cheesy bread and a large pepperoni and a hamburger pizza. Overall, it tasted good, and the pizza was made fresh and thin crust. Not a bad spot to have some pie and their laughs

Ordered a hamburger steak, cooked medium, emphasized hot pink in the center, with corn on the cob and french fries. Food comes out, the hamburger steak was very well done. Instead of taking my plate away, she scooped the hamburger steak onto a saucer because she had to prove to the cook that it's burnt. I wait 10 to 15 minutes for the replacement, and that's all that comes out. Corn is cold, fries are cold. I mention that to her, no response. The corn was sitting in a small dish of butter. No way to eat it, except picking it up with my bare hands, butter running down my hands. Plenty of seating available, they stuck us in a cubby that felt like we were in sardine can. Had to take my wife's bag back out to the vehicle because there was nowhere to put it. So much for the ambience. Been there, done that, never again. I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because my wife did enjoy the lobster and crab bisque.

Order number 137370811…read more I placed this order at approximately 6:17pm and the website said my order would be ready in 9 minutes or at 6:26. My order was not given to me until 7:05 pm after 3 calls and a trip through the drive thru. The first call I was told that they were waiting on boneless wings and then it would be right out. 20 minutes later when I called they said that they were just waiting on chicken tenders and then it would be right out. I was told they were out of gallons of tea so I was given 4 large cups of tea with ice so by the time I got home to my family they were watered down! Also I am sure I didn't get a whole gallon since they were filled with ice before the tea... also upon opening our food at home we didn't get any celery, which it specifically asked if I wanted on my online order. We only got HALF the toast that we were supposed to have! I was given 3 cookies and a grocery bag of ice as a "sorry" for the wait... With an order of $58 that had 20 chicken tenders and 30 wings obviously we are feeding more than 3 people! We actually were feeding 4 adults and 2 kids. The offer is appreciated but wow! 3 cookies does not in any way make up for this terrible trip to Zaxby's. It will be a long time if we ever come back!

We specified medium rare but the meat was clearly very rare. Also, the meat tasted cold. The 16 oz. contained a lot of fat. I just didn't feel it contained the juicy taste I was expecting. The plastic containers of coleslaw were disappointing. My wife enjoyed the asparagus and the mashed potatoes were tasty. The steak fries (I'm sure they were packaged), tasted over greased and were cold. The catsup condiment tasted rather runny and cheap. The ambience looked cheaply thrown together with your typical beer signs. The young waitress was very sweet and asked how we were doing a number of times. The reviews for this place are mixed. You may very well decide the restaurant is to your liking. The adjacent parking lot is a definite plus.

One of my friends had been before and recommended it so nobody else objected. It's right off the freeway and for arriving at 6pm on a Sunday and seeing a nearly full lot, I had high hopes. We were seated immediately at a spot facing a tv (which we requested) so we could watch a march madness game. It's an authentically decorated place with a menu to match. Our server asked for our drink orders, we all stuck with water, but it did take a bit for that to come out, which I suppose was a preview for the rest of the evening. We also got the guacamole and cheese dip; The cheese was warm and tasty but could have been a little thicker. The guacamole needed some salt/pepper. For our entrees, we ordered an assortment of plates - meat bowls, enchiladas, and I got the monterrey quesadilla (shrimp, mushroom, rice, and beans). The entrees took a good amount of time to come out- over 20mins- and when I asked the server for a group picture, he very brusquely dismissed me and never came back. Other than that hiccup, the food was indeed tasty, and the portions were huge. I could have had leftovers but ate more than I should have in one sitting and sacrificed the rest. Once we finished, we waited another 15-20 mins for our server to even return and give us the bill. While this place got the job done food wise and at a very decent pricepoint (my entree was $11), the wait time and service could use a bit more attention. @azfitfoodfun
