I'd give it no stars if app allowed. Place is disgusting. My shoes stuck to the floor in there and on the mat at the register. It spells like a wet dog inside. I went against my better judgment just walking in the place, I asked them what the freshest chicken they had, and they said the original just came up, so I ordered that and I asked them how fresh the fries were and they said they just came up. Of course i get my food, Fries were warm and soggy. The chicken was barely warm and they gave me a thigh and breast when I asked for 2 breast and they up charged me. Place is disgusting. Threw the food out. What a waste. Not sure how they stay in business, I went to Eynon location because the one in Kaiser Oak I had even worser experience 3 months ago, these 2 locations must be under the same ownership. Don't waste your time or money, go to Popeyes. Owners, please visit your restaurant and go in there in the middle of the afternoon or anytime really and you tell me if you think that is satisfactory. I ordered a 4 piece meal with only dark meat (Legs & Thighs), mashed potatoes & coleslaw, They gave me only 2 pieces of dark meat & didn't give me my mashed potatoes. Placed an order through the app at 4:55 pm got to the restaurant at 5:15 only to be told they were waiting on my chicken it would be about 10 minutes. I asked for the manager at 5:45 and she told me they were waiting on biscuits!! I asked why weren't the biscuits made while the chicken was cooking. No answer but we're sorry. This place was awesome. Everything about it was easy and fun, and the staff were super considerate. It's an older spot with a new owner, and you can tell they actually care--not just because the place looks nice and fresh, but because the employees seem like they're having a great time. They greeted me as soon as I walked in, and even though my order wasn't ready right away, they gave me a free drink and chatted with me while the chicken cooked. Honestly, I really enjoyed being there. It might sound weird, but that kind of small, human interaction made all the difference. These days, a lot of places feel so impersonal, so it was nice to be reminded that the people serving you are just like you--they've got moms and dads, siblings, and lives of their own. I waited at the window for nine minutes!! I had to waive an employee to come to the window! when she came to the window she said she was just starting my chicken! At that point I told them to cancel my order ! I was the only one at the restaurant!! It wasn't like they were busy! I must say they are consistent! consistently BAD . never gets an order put together correctly. leaves out one side or another. chicken pieces are so small that you cant possibly call it a meal. and for 24.00 you think you would get a meal that could fill a child up at least. shame on me for being burned more than once! read more

I am a doordash delivery driver and I went to pick up an order as I arrived at 9:01pm and they closed at 9. My limit was to have it picked up by 9:09. Anyhow, as I pulled up to the window they started yelling at me that they are closed. I said I'm just here for doordash and they yelled "get out we're closed." They then walked away from the window and refused to talk to me; I even waited 5 minutes politely and they just looked and kept walking as they saw me. I understand you are closed but that gives you no right to yell and ignore me. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My parents went here to have "a date" in the time of covid. They ordered things ala carte and rather than the cashier letting them know that they could bundle items they were made to pay 30$ for what should've been about 20$ of food. When my mother inquired about the price the cashier laughed in her face and said "yeah it could've been way less" Absolutely abhorrent customer service and lack of general humanity is incredible. I wish I could give the Eynon, PA store a zero. We picked up a bucket to take to a friend in a nursing home. I wish we had looked at the order before we left. Every piece was burned. Totally inedible. I should have taken a hint from the parking lot. No one in line ( and when, since the pandemic, have you seen any fast food restaurant without a line?) The people who work here are so incompetent. First off it took the cashier 20 minutes to understand what i was ordering. she didn't know how to put a 50 dollar bill in the cash register and give me the correct change back. she didn't know how to say mash potatoes and she complained that it's her second day working from 9-4. then the other lady yelled at me for not knowing if i want my donut with glaze or not. then another working started yelling about someone in the drive thru not being able to afford their order. This is by far the worst kfc around. The owner hasn't updated anything since it's been open maybe 30 years ago it looks. Ceiling tiles above the tables are yellow and stained restroom are filthy dirty. The staff were all helping themselves to food and drinks while we were there. They were playing Metallica very loud and staff were disorderly and hugging in the back god knows what else goes on there. My chicken was disgusting too hot didn't taste right Mac and cheese was brown and burned on bottom something smelled of a fishy odor and now my stomach is starting to hurt place needs to be closed down and remodeled with new employees and definitely a new owner horrible place you have been warned read more

Ordered two meals online for pickup and was told they couldn't find my order when I arrived at the drive through half an hour later. After a minute or so of quizzing me, they found it and told me they would prepare it then. An employee reappeared at the window, handed me a bag, and told me to have a nice day before promptly shutting the window before I could respond. Once I got home I opened the bag to realize I had only been given half of the order (the sides were in comically large containers which had made me think I had both meals). I drove all the way back to find two other customers ahead of me in line trying to remedy incorrect orders and had to repeat myself twice to the employee at the window to get the rest of my meal. While she had someone else put it together for me, she stood and yelled to no one in particular about how people need to stop complaining about their orders being wrong. To top it all off, all three visible employees were NOT wearing masks of any kind and all were wearing gloves and handling food/money without changing them.
