This location charges a premium price for an 8-piece bucket but includes 2 tiny wings as part of the bucket. The reality is that you get 6 pieces with 2 mini wings. It is a rip off as far as the bucket goes. A bucket used to consist of legs, thighs and breasts. Wings were never a part of the equation. Each piece is also very tiny. The legs and thighs are barely larger than a Cornish hen. I don't see them surviving the next five years which is a shame because I do like their chicken. Some of the worst service I've ever received. We ordered on the app, arrived at the time the food was supposed to be ready, and then waited another 45 minutes. The one worker asked the manager if my order was ready and the manager said "we haven't even started it yet! We have the drive thru and counter customers we have to take care of first!" If I had known that was their policy, I never would've used the app. The manager kept complaining about being overwhelmed and not having enough food. So unprofessional. We ordered extra crispy chicken, it wasn't crispy at all and didn't look completely cooked. We threw the entire bucket of chicken in the garbage. We ordered about a half hour after they opened, and the manager was complaining that they didn't have enough chicken. You JUST opened, how are you not prepared for customers?? Corporate reached out to me, about my experience. I told them everything. Was supposed to hear something back within 48 hours. A week later, they sent me an email asking for my order number, how long I had to wait, and was my order complete and correct. I replied to all that. Now it's been another week and still haven't heard anything back. I think this location needs some better training for managers and other staff. Don't complain in front of customers, and have enough food prepped to handle the lunch rush. Poor poor customer service. First time there, 2 people in front of me n i had to wait 10 minutes to get waited on. One person on register n packing @ the same time while a line forms out the door. I pulled up to the drive thru at 12:15pm, had a lengthy wait till I got to order and the nice lady asked me to wait a minute and look over the menu, after 5 minutes she got back to me, I ordered a Country fried lunch special and a 10 piece Chicken Tender bucket, pulled up, paid and got my food and left. Drove 20 minutes to get home and when ate my lunch special and put the bucket in the fridge for dinner. Here's the Problem, when I opened the bucket expecting Chicken TENDERS I had WINGS instead(I hate wings).
