I'm genuinely shocked that this was served to a customer. The chicken I received was burnt to an absolute crisp. I couldn't even eat a single bite and ended up throwing the entire meal away. Multiple visits the spring and summer of 2021. Drive-through is excruciatingly slow. You could get four pieces of chicken but all they will give you is ne napkin. So what I do is pull into a spot and walk in and manually ask for them because they won't give you more than 1 extra at the drive-through. This is a very busy KFC quarter of a mile off of I-95 so This place is a money maker. Someone needs to be checking the bathrooms here. They are always a messy or worse. Check your food before you leave because although it's always accurate this is the second time in about 10 visits where I noticed that the chicken was semi-Burnt. I had to trash my meal and was out $8. read more

Stopped while on a roadtrip and needed a bite. I got into a slow drive-thru lane, but what can you do? The young kid at the window was friendly and wanted to know the name of my dog. I finally got my food quickly, but had to ask for honey mustard sauce otherwise there would be none, and sped off to gas up my truck. If I could give 0 stars I would , I went Friday at 7:15 no 12 piece available for 25 minutes I went tonight, a Tuesday ... no one else in the drive through and maybe 3-5 cars parked , for all I know they belong to workers ‍ At 6 pm Chicken should be available! It's dinner time and again I'm told 17-25 minutes for a wait ! When I told the person on the inner com this is the second time in a week they could not complete my order and they replied we have been busy ?! Mind you They did not appear busy and this is not the first time we have been disappointed by this KFC/ Taco Bell. Went to the Elkton MD\ Newark DE - road KFC\Taco Bell and had a bad experience. The very young man, counter person, had a hard time understanding our order and had to get the manager twice to put the order together as he was undertrained and had a speech impediment. I felt bad trying to communicate my order to him and he looked overly stressed and confused. In his defence, the background music was so loud I had to repeat the order several times and there were a few impatient people behind us huffing and puffing, UGH. Once the order was finished, the person delivering the order yelled my name and quickly left the bag sitting on the counter and walked away. After I picked up the order, I had to go back to the counter and ask for taco sauce and napkins since there was none available in the empty bins as they usually are stocked with a variety of sauces and some napkins. I was given one pack of sauce for each of the 3 tacos I had received, I was not asked how many I needed, the cashier quickly turned his back on me as fast as possible, looking stressed, going to get back to the line of people waiting to order. As my Wife and I ate we complained that the chicken was super greasy, obviously undercooked, as never before, original and extra crispy. After we left and got home were very sick from the greasy chicken and vowed to never go back to this establishment again. Over the years I had ordered the same food from this and other KFC's and not had any of the previous problems. It sucks to have to give a review since KFC has always been the best chicken to go to. I am so sad it has come to be the worst, at least at this location. If anyone from KFC reads this, your company needs to step up to the plate and improve this site before you ruin the KFC name. read more

We drive a truck so have to go inside...went inside about 8:15 pm and had to wait 10 minutes and then get someone's attention in the drive thru to even take our order. After order is placed, they say they don't have the chicken for the meal but will replace it with all legs and I requested Mac n cheese instead of cole slaw. After waiting until 8:50 the guy says oh your food has been sitting here I didn't know. We get our food and come to the hotel. I don't have original recipe, I don't have 3 legs, I don't have Mac n cheese AND instead of a biscuit I have the bun for a small sandwich. On top of all of this they closed the doors and turned away inside customers at 8:50 and the lobby was DISGUSTING! What an incredible disappointment!!! read more

Not a very good experience this time, ordered through Yelp and order received was not accurate. Ordered 1/2 orig recipe and 1/2 extra crispy, received all extra crispy. No pickles with Nashville Chicken - which is paramount to the style. Couple missing items too (drink and condiments). Food was below standard for a KFC, fries old and soggy and chicken overdone. I visit this KFC regularly and this is an anomaly - food is usually excellent - not this time though. I wonder if order errors are due to ordering through Yelp. read more

Im sitting at home on my day off, i see a commercial for kfc chicken tenders and im thinking sure sounds great. I drive 10 min out/back get home and open my box to chicken legs. The few things way wrong with this is that they Asked me flat out what sauce for my tenders.... and i was their only customer... no excuse to get a very simple order wrong. Hands down the worst KFC we have ever been to. I ordered my family dinner from this restaurant tonight. Let's start off with the macaroni and cheese... gross. You can tell it's old, like at least a day or two old. The taste is weird and the texture is grainy. It just tastes old. The biscuits weren't good either, more like a roll. Do not come to the store if you have dietary restrictions. This is the most consistently inconsistent KFC/Taco Bell I have ever been to. It sucks that it is the nearest thing to me end of the highway, because I am always prepared to spend an additional 10 minutes at the store waiting for them to correct my order. I understand that they are always understaffed and the manager doesn't seem to have a grip on the employees... It really shouldn't be that hard to have just one order here not have cheese on it. The last time I came, I got a spicy potato taco. When I received it, there were no potatoes. There is always dairy when I ask for no dairy however, and my drink order which is always with no ice always has ice. I don't get upset at long wait times or a little things like the ice to be honest, but I can never order here without getting cheese no matter how much I stress not to put cheese on my food. read more
