But third time was the charm--we finally got the third kiosk to work, places our orders and it didn't take terribly long to get our treats. And I'm a sucker for fresh handmade tortillas. They have a large variety of meats and fillings for your burrito. I can't remember what I had but it was a beef in red sauce with potato. I added avocado. God almighty it was perfect. I didn't add any lime,salt or chile. It was perfect!!! I am definitely going to get another burrito before I leave. I wish I could take a pack of tortillas home!

The big Mac tasted off from the normal Big Macs I have. Don't know if the meat was rancid or the sauce over aged from not rotating product on deliveries. One has to look into it as these are high volume operations. My best guess is new product deliveries are being placed in front of older product and not being properly rotated until the get to the bottom of the heap and into old stuff. The only other suspicion would be sanitation is very poorly handled and are having crossover contamination is happening. This is not good when as from both my episodes with this unit is horrible with major nausea and dry heaves for the next 24 hours.

I drove past this place once, turned around passed it again and made it half way down the street before deciding to make another U turn to give it a try. I was not disappointed. I don't know if you've ever been served a meal in a plastic bag (i.e. The Boiling Crab in San Jose, CA or The Boil in NYC) but I bought half of a rotisserie chicken with potatoes, onions and peppers on the side...or in the bag. Let me tell you, this was the biggest surprise of my trip. The chicken was excellent! Savory and garlicky with the perfect amount of heat it was absolutely delicious. The best part is that for half of a chicken with the sides, it cost 33 Mexican Pesos...that's about $1.70USD! Unbelievable! I highly recommend this place. If you're ever in Mexico City, I strongly advise you to take the drive to La Leña.
