The wedges were there, Someone obviously can't count to 5 and for $13.59 plus tax, the meal should be complete. This isn't the first issue either. Both this location and the Bloomfield location have had recurring problems with missing items, especially sauces. Either no sauce is included when a specific one is requested, or they automatically throw BBQ sauce in the bag without asking. Don't waste your time or money at this location or any of the others! I placed an order via the app, but they completely dropped the ball on it. I refused the order and asked for a refund, but the worker told me she couldn't issue one because I ordered on the app. The chicken was stale and cold, the biscuits were hard, and they ran out of buns for the chicken littles. I asked to speak to a manager, and the worker told me she was it. I called their corporate line, but they gave me the runaround about my money. I paid $24.15, but they only wanted to refund $12 back to my card. This location needs a bath in more ways than one. The workers also need to be trained on how to work their own system and how to be respectful of others. Playing and cursing while at the register is a bad look. KFC is canceled. This place is the worst . PATHETIC!!!!They close the drive thru constantly or selectively. The entire staff needs to be fired and replaced. Or maybe shut this location down. They never have a crowd like Popeyes which is down the street. The current employees suck. So I came here because I've been craving unhealthy fried chicken for the longest, but popeyes is way too expensive for no reason so I came here instead because I heard KFC has a $5 deal. If I could, I would give them a -1. On second thought, they would have to earn point to get that high. I NEVER eat at KFC but I decided after years of not eating it to have it. Poor decision on my part! There were only three people in front of me when I walked in to order. I placed my order and waited...and waited and waited and waited. Meanwhile, the three in front of me and six others after received their orders. Additionally, two men came in and had a very loud argument. When I asked what happened to my order, I was told that they didn't have any chicken breast. I asked for a refund and was told that the manager said that they didn't give refunds anymore. So I waited for the food that I ordered and then was told that the chicken would be ready in 8 minutes I would have to have waited for it anyway. When I FINALLY got my food, I had already been there for 45 minutes. I go my cup to get my drink only to find that it was mostly water! This has to be one of the best KFC stores around. I ordered a box meal to go of 3 thighs, mashed potatoes, and cole slaw. The thighs were big and meaty, hot and juicy, and totally flavorful. You cannot get better fried chicken. The potatoes tasted fine and so did the cole slaw. Also there was a biscuit, not very large, but tasted very good. Service was quick, less than 1 minute. They did not put salt/pepper or a wet-nap wipe in the box. The bathrooms were locked - you have to ask for the key. Staff people were helpful. There is so much fast food around that is just tasteless junk, it is a blessing to come across a place like this. read more

THEY WILL CHEAT YOU! We all love fried chicken: two love white meat, 2 like the dark. You would think KFC's mixed bucket would be perfect - and it WOULD be, if they didn't always cheat you. We tried via DoorDash today, and once again they stiffed us with only drumsticks and thighs. THEY HAVE DONE THIS EVERY TIME. Cleanliness was good $5.35 with tax for 1 thigh 1 leg 1 biscuit 1 mash potato 1 drink 1 cookie I still would prefer the quality of Popeyes but didn't want to drive there.. This KFC store is a model for what every KFC should be. The chicken (I only order Original Recipe) is as good as it gets these days and the sides are right up there. The mashed potatos and gravy are actually starting to taste the way they did back in the day. The cole slaw is cold, crunchy and not a lump of mushy mayonaise as it was for so long. The place is squeaky clean and the staff knows what it is doing. I've been eating this stuff for almost 50 years, and I've seen it go from first to worse, halfway back, and then down in the dumps again. If this is the kind of quality (and better) we can expect, all I can say is hallelujah. KFC overall needs to improve the biscuit, though. Not even in the same ballpark as Popeye's (or even McDonald's). This should not be a huge problem for them to fix. A++ read more

Ordered via the mobile app and arrived at pick up time. Went to the lady at the counter and said I have a mobile order. She said ok and walked away. She did not ask for name or order number. She then proceeded to work on other orders. 20 minutes later, still not ready so I go up to the counter to make sure she could see my order.
