The food recently has been better tasting, however when I get my order and open the bag, there's always a couple of things wrong with the order. I ordered 5 combos and 3 sides. Instead of the whole order being in disarray, I received a KFC Bowl instead of my Korean BBQ loaded fries bowl. I guess one mistake is better than 3-4. read more

I personally didn't go into this KFC but hubby did and here is our review. He thought the service was high marks so we are reviewing on the food. So disappointing, the corn was kind of cold and just yuck, like store/can brand. So then I really thought I shouldn't but let's try the biscuit. It was so crumbly & dry even with butter (we didn't get gravy). Not again :( Thankfully the chicken was delicious read more

The manager is very rude... acts like a child and is very disrespectful towards customers

Just ordered 2 tender box combos and both boxes had half raw hard rubbery chicken both boxes also had half baked biscuits..... and I know this ... I've worked at a kfc for 2 years before, this is cutting corners at its finest. Thanks for putting our health at risk today kfc on Chicago road, ha. read more

I went to Chicago Heights to pick up 2 Uber Eats orders, I asked the manager "Diane" how long the wait would be she yelled, I stated I'm just asking, she responded by saying "you can leave" "I will not be giving you the food", you was very rude & lacked customer service-in front of the other customers also, the guy in parking lot stated "she was very mean to you"-the young male working with her witnessed this also. read more

CHECK YOUR FOOD WHEN YOU ORDER, When you get your order CHECK your order, I asked for chicken tenders and 2 extra biscuits. I got a chicken sandwich instead with NO biscuits. I was also ordering inside, IN FRONT of the employee. Also the bathrooms need lots of maintenance. Looks and smells like its abandoned. read more

I wish I could give less than one star... EVERY-TIME and I mean every time, my order is wrong or is missing items. They substitute items without even calling you as if they know what you want. I ordered 5 Nashville hot tenders w/ fries and gave me chicken wings and mashed potatoes. Never again I'm done giving them a chance AND customer service is horrible. read more

the gm manager is so rude and belittle you for everything that you do. just stand inside the store and listen to how they talk to the staff. and after you can't take the harassment. and follow through on your 2-week notice. they state that you were let go for insubordination. now, I quit for beginning bullied. every time I worked. and there is nothing a low less worker/shift manager can do. read more

Food is good, but customer service is terrible! With the way things are, there is a great amount of give-and-take when it comes to customer service, but I had an absolutely horrible experience at the drive-through. Long story short, current employees need to be retrained on how to interact with customers. read more

They need to retrain the cook at this location it seems they don't know original from extra crispy I order on 1/22/22 and it was horrible. Please learn the original recipe is soft if I want crispy chicken I would have order churches or Popeyes just give people what they pay for no no less food that can eat and enjoy read more

I ordered a number 16 or 17. Comes with a drink and nasty cookie. I was charged additional money for the drink that it was supposed to already come with. I called Mgr Diane Danzy to report this theft, by overcharging. She wanted to argue & be combative. So.....I know I'm never going back, but choice is up to you. The stealing additional money from customers and the complete lack of professionalism from the store Mgr is crazy crazy crazy! I almost feel like she was taking part in it or already know & she's ok with them doing it. Trying to yell at me when I was only trying to warn her. Done! read more

I wish I can give this place a zero the drive thru order taker was very ignorant and rushed us to take our order after my husband said give us a minute in what fast food place can't you get a second to decide what you wantWILL NOT be returning to this restaurant read more

Person who took our order was rude and all over the place and not only did my tea have a hole in the cup and pour all over but they must have had our food done and just threw it all in the bag because everything was drenched in sauces and grease. Leaked out of bag onto car seat and ruined the seat as well as my pants without even realizing there was a hole in the bag with grease pouring out. Food tasted great as always, but very very disappointed in the service read more

Its a toss up at this place. Sometimes I come here and everything is good and sometimes it really sucks! I came here one night and instead of chicken tenders I got chicken jerky. I didn't find out till I got home. read more

I've been here several times and they have never gotten my order right on the first try. second or third pass they get it, usually with a smile, but it shouldn't be that hard. The last time I was inside and saw the girl drop a piece of chicken on the floor and then pick it up, with the tongs, and put it in the box she was filling. I left and haven't been back in 5 years. read more

There really shouldn't be any reason for my food to take over an hour to get to me. I have had problems with this location in the past, but this last visit really tested my patience. I empathize with working in a high stress environment such as a fast food restaurant, but there was a lack of communication and coordination here. I would say spend your money else, or find another location. It's not worth it. read more

This place is horrible. They never have grilled chicken and even if you order something like regular chicken it takes at least 10-15mins. The employees don't care and I'm done giving this place a chance!!! read more
