And this location was perfect for us in our time of need. I will admit that I had to stop here several times to pick up some chicken nuggets for the little one. When traveling on the road, McDonald's is the easiest place to visit to keep a child happy. Plus this location was located close the central part of the town. I must also admit that I did pick up a few vanilla ice cream cones for the family too. Honestly it was the best deal on the island unless you wanted to hit one of the restaurants in town for an over priced bowl of ice cream. They also have a drive thru here too. It is a little tight and you have to be careful of other cars that might be backing out while you are leaving the drive thru window but it makes it fast to grab your food and get back to the hotel.

That was really cool of you Wendys! They were also the first food joint to re-open after the hurricane Irma and only really closed when hurricane Maria hit. You could tell they were running low on items and using whatever they had to get orders out but they made it happen. Many of the fresh salad items are a hit or miss but are becoming more consistently in stock. They were kind of a god send because the majority of St. Thomas hasn't had power and water since September 6th so cooking is impossible to do. Their credit card system isn't stable so bring cash as a back up and your patience. The drive through lines are always long as is dine in. Customer service is still unfortunately lacking. Snappy drive through order takers and cashiers just seem bothered by having so many customers in line constantly. But they say as few words to you as possible so you don't have to interact with them for long. If they get their act together with the people component they'd get the the other 2 stars.

Rhonda was attentive and helpful from start to finish. My husband ordered the fish n chips and I ordered the conch fritters. Both dishes were delicious and prepared perfectly. We had key lime pie for dessert before heading back to our studio rental for the evening. The restaurant was busy and lively but was not too loud.
