Took over 25 min for a drive-through order and I only had one meal order... this is the slowest "fast" food place I've ever been to

Food is okay kinda what you expect from KFC. The biggest problem was customer service. You spend 3 dollars for a side of cheese curds and I get 5 yes just 5 cheese curds. Then don't mention the wait it takes 20 minute just to get and extra biscuit. read more

The service was amazing. Chicken was nice and hot. It was Kentucky fried chicken. I got the original recipe he gave me a few pieces but then offered me a piece that just came out of the fryer. Very nice. read more

Chicken pot pie was tasty and crust crispy. Chicken sandwich was tender, full of flavor and a perfect crispness. Easy on and off Exit 44 with a roadside area to park the camper. Win when traveling to find those spots. Facility was clean minus the greasy coating you sometimes find at a KFC. Both ate for under $11. read more

Friendly staff, convenient location. Chicken tenders were very delicious. I will probably try the buffet next time. Lots of parking and the restaurant is very clean. Drive thru available. read more

We stopped here on our way home from Cincinnati a couple of weeks ago. Only the drive-through was open. However, that being said it was a quick, efficient drive-through and our order was correct. The people were polite and apologetic about the dining room being closed (they're remodeling). Considering the situation I would feel comfortable coming back to this location, or rather stopping on my way through, because of how well they handled their adverse sitation. read more

KFC is KFC. You pretty much know what you're going going to get. However, what I got was sticker shock at paying $28 for an eight piece chicken meal with fries, a pint of coleslaw, and a side of gravy. No drinks, mind you. $28 for eight pieces of greasy chicken, watery gravy, and two orders of fries?? (Sadly, the fries were the best part of the meal.) I'd been expecting to pay around half that exhorbitant price. Not to mention experiencing a 10 minute wait in the drive-thru before ordering. What a difference since the '60s and '70s! My, how the once "mighty" have fallen! The Colonel would be mortified. read more

We're traveling & were looking forward to KFC for dinner. Stopped at one location and the dining room was closed, so we called this location prior to coming and were told the dining room was open. Drove 20 minutes and the dining room is actually closed, despite signs saying otherwise and being told over the phone 30 minutes prior that it was open. Our hungry bellies were not happy - took our business elsewhere. read more

Friendly staff and the usual chicken experience. We stopped on our road trip because when in Kentucky, it seemed appropriate to grab some KFC. My one strong plea is that the staff at this location PLEASE check underneath the trash cans! We got up to throw our food away and there was literally two inches of old food underneath both garbage locations inside the store. That wasn't really the note we wanted to end our meal on . I'm not sure if they just don't sweep under there or sweep everything under there, but needs some desperate attention. When you are seated eating your food that is what you are looking at. read more

SUPER SLOW and dirty. On our way west with my three young boys and there wasn't a Chick-Fil-A to be found, so we decided to do as the locals do and get KFC. Instead of the buffet we ordered an 8 piece family meal to save a few bucks. Ordering itself was difficult, the cashier didn't understand us at all. Then it took THIRTY minutes to get our food, with three rambunctious little boys that had been stuck in the car all day. Finally our order came only WHOOPS it was someone else's order. What would you do? You bet your buttered biscuit we ate it!!! Also the floor was sticky everywhere, and neither the tables in the dining area nor the floor in the ladies room had been cleaned in a while. Finally, the seat belt in the high chair was broken which is a total safety hazard. If my baby had fallen we could lawyer up on that one. Talked to a local--she said all the restaurants in town had similar service EXCEPT the Wendy's next door which had just opened a year ago. She also if you can call corporate to complain, they'll give you ten dollars for your trouble. She apparently did this on a regular basis... read more

The buffet is always awful. I've eaten here several times and you constantly have to ask for them to refill food. That's even during a lunch rush. Livers have been burnt most of my visits. It has a musty smell in the dining area. I've given this place many chances. Today was the last time. read more

This was a disappointing experience. The lines were long at the checkout, and for quite a while they only used one of the two available checkout counters. The floors, tables, chairs, and assumedly the ceiling were all covered in an unexplained slippery fluid. The slippery bathroom floor made it impossible to keep your feet together at the urinal - making things quite difficult. The hand dryer and the toilet were out of order as well. I spent my entire visit wondering if I was still in the USA or if I'd been teleported to an Eastern European Bloc. 2 stars because the staff was friendly and as always the chicken was good. I don't normally review fast food restaurants, but this was one for the record books. read more

Today was the first time in several years that I have been here. It has gone down, way, way down. The counter service was not good. The buffet had chicken that appeared to have been cooked days ago. The green beans, right out of the can. Mashed potatoes were thin instant ones. The corn about what you usually get. The white gravy though was pretty decent. I will not be returning. read more

Very clean establishment! I was impressed with this right away. The workers were friendly and the food was fresh. They ended up getting our order wrong; they quickly rectified this and gave us a few extra items for our troubles. Would stop here again if I was in the mood for fast food! read more

The absolute worst experience! While ordering cashier walked away for at least 5 minutes maybe more. There were no napkins available, no drink lids for cups and no out of order sign on diet mt dew drink. Since remodeling this is the worst place ever. Would never recommend it to anyone. read more
