I ordered double cheeseburgers with onions and cheese only. Not only did I get double cheeseburgers with mustard, ketchup and pickles, the mustard and ketchup was also smeared all over the piece of paper. That said, cheeseburger onions only. Listen as a society we've come to know that McDonald's doesn't care about its customers because they continue to provide abysmal service. This particular McDonald's in Carrollton, Kentucky is one of the worst on the i-71 corridor. They could care less if you get what you ordered or not. If you go back in which you shouldn't have to and let them know that they screwed up your order they could care less. read more

Quick stop for a bathroom break as this McDonald's is just off the highway. The outside of the restaurant was tidy with no trash. The condiment/soda station was clean with no trash. We stopped at this McDonald's traveling to Ohio from Florence, Alabama. The man that took our order was very polite. I asked him to make sure my french fries were hot. He did. The coffee was fresh and hot. The chicken nuggets were hot and so were the fries. Everything requested was in the bag. The parking lot, lobby and bathroom was clean. Every time I come here I have to pull around and wait, and I mean every time. For nuggets and fries.

The food is always good. Service has a lot to be desired. The worst part is we came through earlier this week and they said they were open til midnight. Well, I guess that's optional. We got there at 11:20 and couldn't even get an employee to tell us they're closed. read more

The last week I have been there 3 different times & swore I wouldn't go back.Twice was sent up front to wait on food & they wer3 not busy. Typical McDonald's - survival food - a good place to stop when you're traveling, you're hungry and you're not expecting a lot. This particular McDonald's appears to be a new prototype store with an entirely different layout. Three cashiers are positioned to the side of the serving line and are not part of the serving process that's typical of most McDonald's They strictly take your order and payment and make change. The serving area is to their left and operates with an entirely separate group of staff members. The cashier who handled my order had NO personality or customer service persona, He was efficient but remained stone-faced -- almost grim - during the entire order process. The person serving the food just calls out your number and calls it out louder if you don't more fast enough to pick up your order. This is as much about a stretch of highway as it is a review of this particular McD's. It's a McDonald's. Not the best McDonald's, probably not the worst, but pretty much the same damn thing you get in any McDonald's in the continental United States. I have been driving this stretch of I-71 from Louisville to Florence lately, and had the opportunity to run through the drive-thru in practically every McDonalds along this portion of interstate. It's not that I'm a fanatic, nor am I a glutton for punishment (some would beg to differ) but I do love McD's tea (large, unsweetened, 5 packs of Splenda) and it gives me the chance to wake up a bit while heading up or down the highway. In fact, this stretch of highway is particularly nice because of the McDs that can be found along the way. Whether it's Lagrange, Pendelton, Carrollton, etc., there seems to be one at every exit along the way, sometimes a stand alone, other times connected to a gas station, they do exactly what is intended, give me a break. So for that, I thank you Ronald. Now, if you could just take every Playplace ever built and turn them into something other than an experiment in germ warfare, I'd be a happy dad. read more

Worst McDonalds experience I've ever had....Ben Bacino was puking in the bathroom and then didn't wash his hands before getting his food. No napkins in the bag and no sauce with the nugs. They forgot my double cheeseburger even though I didn't order it like cmon McDons read my mind one time. Also not salt on the fries which were limp dick as fuck. DISGUSTING. I get it, it's a McDonald's, but ew this was the worst one I think I've ever been in, cleanliness wise. Bathrooms were so gross, there was ketchup and trash allll over the tables and drink station, and the flies were so bad that you couldn't go 10 seconds without one landing on you. The workers looked and acted like they hated their lives too, just very rude. Just drive a few miles farther and find something different. I used hand sanitizer when I left and would not doubt it if I have food poisoning in the next hour or so. YUCK. read more

It's a McDonald's. It was completely torn down and rebuilt in the latter half of 2015, so it's pretty modern.

Most McDonalds suck anymore. The service is so poor and slow you can hardly classify it as fast food. This one is no exception. Good luck.
