As many as you probably know, McDonald's menu can tend to change from country or even states, depending on the culture and what do people enjoy. Well in Puerto Rico, all McDonald's sell the BEST FRICKING MOZZARELLA STICKS YOU WILL EVER HAVE! So every time I'm in Puerto Rico, I make sure I visit McDonald's once or twice in order to get the mozzarella sticks which are in the Value Menu. I totally lose my mind and spend five dollars in mozzarella stick alone. LOL! They are worth it! So why 3 stars? Well... I visited this location twice and I'm not sure if it's because it's within a 24/7 Walmart, because it's always busy or bad management, but even though the Lady at the registers that took my order was very nice, and my orders came out great, the interaction between the employees is sort of crazy. When there, I experienced, as close as 5 feet from me, two employees cursing at each other because one did not help the other one take our the fries from the friar when they were done. Manager noticed the altercation and just yelled at them to shut up. All the while there were, at least, 5 people waiting for their food... I would have at least expected the manager to say she was sorry, to us the customers, because of what we had just experienced. But no, nothing else happened and I was given my mozzarella sticks and enjoyed them. So this place is "Ok" in my books, for fast and good mozzarella sticks, but missing two starts because of that nasty experience and no apology.

Miércoles 20 de julio de 2022 me tocó almorzar en este fast food de una cadena de pollo, bueno…read moretenía antojo y hambre y estaba al lado del local así que entre a saciar mi hambre. El local estaba limpio y ya a las 11am estaban listos para atenderme. Hay variedad de combos o ofertas pero pedí a mi gusto como quería. Como no había más nadie en el local todo se sirvió de inmediato y lo pedí para llevar. Este es el segundo local de esta cadena en Caguas así que o se si es el mismo operador. Les puedo decir que me lo almorze todo y me gusto. El personal me atendió sin problemas, pueden visitarlo si les da antojo de pollo crispy.

Everything was delicious!! The service was super friendly and fast, not fast food fast but efficient! Specially considering our batatas were fried on the spot and the sandwich made to order, no food sitting all day waiting to be ordered. The place was nice, clean and a welcoming. Definitely happy and would come back anytime I am in need of a quick snack while I run around and battle the traffic in PR.

It came up in 5 minutes and the chicken was nice and crispy, and hot. The sweet and sour spicy sauce on the side had a nice kick and unique flavor to it. The coleslaw also tasted unique, perhaps with a celery taste, and was delicious.
