En ese local antes había otro restaurante pero llevaba tiempo cerrado. Tiene 3 pisos el edificio hasta ahora está abierto primer piso y el segundo abre después de las 4pm. El tercero todavía no está disponible hasta enero 2023. Música de fondo un poco alta, por lo menos de almuerzo ambiente familiar y todo tranquilo servicio rápido. En resumen todo salió bien y se pueden dar la vuelta para almuerzo paso la prueba. Variedad de bebidas desde frappes, jugos y batidos.

Muchos locales cerrados por la situación y llegamos hasta la Plaza del Pueblo de Caguas. Encontramos este kiosko que lleva muchos años abiertos y decidimos probarlo. Ordenamos el mismo plato para ambos Extreme Burger sale con papas fritas. Esto es un Kiosko al aire libre con algunas mesas en la misma plaza. Mientras esperas estás en en una de las plazas más grandes de Puerto Rico. Eran las 12 del medio pero no había mucho Sol y tampoco calor. Esperamos en nuestra mesita de metal el almuerzo. Para resumir esta súper rico y con sabor el hamburger, papas fritas calientes. La proporción es grande para una persona. Mi esposa solo se comió la mitad y nos llevamos la otra. Lo único que deficiente que tengo que decir del local y se puede mejorar es hay lidiar con las palomas y alguna que otra mosca molestosa. Hay que darle amor y cariño a las facilidades como parte del mantenimiento del local. No se darle amor por que el local es bastante concurrido los días que abre.

The service is always the same: takes them to like 15-20 minutes to take your order and then after you finish eating, it could easily pass 20 more minutes while someone will show to bring the ticket. And you better pay cash because if not you will wait another 15 minutes. When you enter, most of the times there's nobody as a host, as the host works as a waitress at the same time. The manager will be seated at the end of the place at the bar, will take a look at the door when people enter but will stay right there seated, even though he knows the waitress is busy taking care of a table. Seated outside and the weather was nice. It is Spring time.

Because of this we went straight up to the counter to ask for the missing items, and the person hand in items, gave then to us and then said: "Next time go ask your waitress" Seriously? Is this how you are suppose to treat and respond to clients? Strongly suggest some training on customer service and proper etiquette responses. The creation that I chose was on the board only as a 1/2 pounder. I asked if I could get it as a 1/3 lb. and they were totally accommodating. A large selection of condiments and a free produce bar round up the creative experience. I am tempted to slice half a star for the soda machines where both iced tea dispensers poured watered down drinks. Maybe that is why refills are free. Lose a full star if it happens next time . . .

As many as you probably know, McDonald's menu can tend to change from country or even states, depending on the culture and what do people enjoy. Well in Puerto Rico, all McDonald's sell the BEST FRICKING MOZZARELLA STICKS YOU WILL EVER HAVE! So every time I'm in Puerto Rico, I make sure I visit McDonald's once or twice in order to get the mozzarella sticks which are in the Value Menu. I totally lose my mind and spend five dollars in mozzarella stick alone. LOL! They are worth it! So why 3 stars? Well... I visited this location twice and I'm not sure if it's because it's within a 24/7 Walmart, because it's always busy or bad management, but even though the Lady at the registers that took my order was very nice, and my orders came out great, the interaction between the employees is sort of crazy. When there, I experienced, as close as 5 feet from me, two employees cursing at each other because one did not help the other one take our the fries from the friar when they were done. Manager noticed the altercation and just yelled at them to shut up. All the while there were, at least, 5 people waiting for their food... I would have at least expected the manager to say she was sorry, to us the customers, because of what we had just experienced. But no, nothing else happened and I was given my mozzarella sticks and enjoyed them. So this place is "Ok" in my books, for fast and good mozzarella sticks, but missing two starts because of that nasty experience and no apology.
