In the US they also have kiosks for ordering but not many customers use them, like me they head to the counter. In Europe, is seems ordering by kiosks is required, and that was the case at this McDonald's. Not that it was very difficult, but it did take the two of us a few minutes to muddle through. Spains menu is for the most part around 75% similar to what I'm used to but with some differences. Currently they offer beer at all their locations and have a lot more nacho options. I know at least in CA the only thing similar is the specials cantinas we have all around which serve alcoholic drinks. I definitely recommend trying the Burrito Bell.
