I visited this location about 15 minutes ago. This is a Saturday evening, February 10, 2024 in this location. At no Chicken available, the time is 8 PM. And it seems to be very busybut there is no Chicken available. We are being told wait time is 20 minutes or longer. Which is unacceptable so I will not be visiting this location. I recently visited this location at prime dinner time and no chicken was available. A KFC without chicken at dinner is not a great sign. I have had pleasant experiences here in the past but still overall not the best. Other visits have been out of certain foods as well. The employees always seem kind in the drive thru. read more

Food is NEVER fresh. Why serve cold and old food to ppl if you wouldn't want to receive it. I got fries and a biscuit that was hard as a rock as if it had been sitting all day. Where are the managers and food inspectors that used to care about good customer service?!?!? Smh read more

So I went at 4:30 this afternoon for 3 pot pies. After waiting 20 minutes to get to the drive thru speaker, behind only 1 other vehicle by the way, I get to order. They had no pot pies even though they are advertising $5 pot pies as a special. This was dinner time folks. So I try to order a meal with 2 breast and they no longer have those. Unbelievable, the Colonial was be appalled. This would be a good place for a chicken restaurant, and they wonder why Chic-Fil-A is taking over the chicken world. read more

Husband just went through drive through and ordered pot pie- no pot pie. So he ordered 2 five piece tender box - comes with two sides so he ordered mashed potatoes and slaw.... Ended up with one fry in each box. He also ordered 3 piece chicken with slaw and mashed potatoes.... And got 3 pieces and slaw - no mashed potatoes. We live in 10 miles away, so going back is not an option. Won't be back. And the biscuits were hard and dry! read more

When KFC first announced the release of grilled chicken on their menu, I wanted to clutch the crisp white lapels of Colonel Sander's jacket, burrow through that bristly white goatee, and give him a big wet one. Any time I'm on a road trip, I find my healthy drive-thru options lacking - Bojangles, Hardee's, McDonald's and Popeye's just don't do it for me. I've been wanting to try out the new KFC menu, and opportunity struck today when my tummy began to rumble while driving through Albany, GA. I went for the 1-piece grilled chicken breast meal with 2 sides of green beans. It was $5, and it was hot and fresh (though a little on the dry side). The dark meat my fellow passengers ordered seemed to be much juicier, but that's pretty typical. The original recipe fried chicken still seems to be the most popular amongst KFC customers, but it's nice to have more of a variety available. The green beans are canned and sodium-filled, but they are seriously awesome. My brother and dad who avoid anything green or remotely considered a vegetable ate every bite, too. The green beans are vegetarian, a bit watery and soft, but have a really good onion flavor and are not even the slightest bit bland. After putting myself in personal danger with my previous 2-star review of Chick-fil-a, I figure no one cares to listen to what I have to say about chicken. Anyhow, this stuff was decent - as good as it gets when it comes to healthy eating on the road. I was expecting a boneless, pale, watery breast similar to the "chargrilled" chicken at Chick-fil-a, but I ended up with a nicely seasoned on-the-bone chicken breast that was a perfectly satisfying portion. If I'm on the road or in a pinch, I reckon I've found a new fast food fix. 3.5 stars. read more

I would've given them zero stars if possible. If all you cook is fried chicken, you should cook it well not serving customers dried out, refried chicken. My first experience here will definitely be my last. read more
