The chicken was good. The potato's and gravy were instant. I have trouble walking and asked if someone could carry my order to my table. He said he was too busy. There was no line. One of the worst KFC in the area to me. The food was fine, but getting handed a drink with the lid not on causing it to spill all over me is not fine. Was also missing 2 items from the order. Asked for some extra napkins due to the mess was just handed my bag and ignored. Just take literally 2 seconds to pay attention to what you're doing. read more

Decided to get some dinner. Drove across town to get KFC since they are so sparce these days. It wasnt crowded. I was greeted immediately and placed my order. The lady was very nice. We ordered a chicken bowl, 20 wings and a kids meal. The wings take 10 minutes to cook. I didnt mind waiting since tbey will be super fresh. I got drinks and enjoyed their music while I waited. The waiting room was super clean and inviting. Overall the food was delicious and the family was satisfied. read more

I don't know what happened to their chicken, but I have bad experience. It's always too crispy when it's not that good not to taste I don't know it's not nice at all. It just does not taste the same before the Covid two years ago. Seems like the chicken it's just not good and I hope they change their menu back like they used to be the chicken breast just to be bigger. They used to be better. It's just awful. read more

Food always enjoyable. Cost is fair. Delivery is fair tip wise there should be a write in applied at delivery or when paying for food order. If and when mistakes are made and if order comes missing something important the customer is out a lot. Food comes cold . This is part of delivery I understand and appreciate that but quality control no matter what is important especially during these trying times. Food is great as always. I can't say much about the rude girl who took and gave me my order. The rolling of the eyes and the condescending attitude, was not necessarily. However, I took the high road and let it be. Maybe she was angry she had to work on New Year's Eve? If that is the case maybe find another job where she can be hidden away from the public, where her and the attitude she has can be isolated from everyone else. Honestly, how and when has services like this gone to what they now are?? I hope whatever that girls problem is rectified in due time, otherwise, she may give the attitude to the wrong person one day. They don't care at all about customers who are paying for an overpriced meal. Went through the drive thru and they were out of something they had advertised everywhere. Take the advertisements down if you have a shortage issue. They rushed us while ordering and at the window. The girl at the window said she was leaving soon. We asked for honey mustard, ketchup, butter and honey with my meal. They charged me for the honey mustard even though I bought chicken tenders. I asked for extra pickles and they gave me one. They forgot one of the meals altogether. And only put in 2 ketchup packets for 3 orders of fries, and 1 butter and 1 honey for 3 biscuits. Had to go back in immediately after pulling around and the guy was incredibly rude. Not sure why because were were super polite the entire time. He didn't want to give us our food they forgot and gave us a hard time. When we asked for more honey and butter, he gave us honey mustard instead and no butter at all inside the bag. Told him we wanted honey, not honey mustard and he lied and said they don't have any. When they just gave me one in the drive thru so I know they do. As we pulled away we realized almost the whole crew were outside smoking. Once we got home we realized they never gave us straws for our drinks either. The food was good but they lack customer service. Also, if I wanted to go to the store and buy condiments for my food, I would have just bought my chicken at the store! read more

Everytime I go here it's never a good experience. The last and final time that I went I asked for a boat load of sauce and when I got home there was no sauce. Not a big deal but when I went to open my famous bowl there was no gravy and I'm sure whatever. It was only then that I realised that I didn't get the Jo Jo's that I had ordered that I felt inspired to take time out of my life to write a review about my experience. I ordered 12 piece bucket. The chicken was so awful I paid $30 for it and never, never again if I even mention KFC remind me of this post so I do not make this mistake again. The chicken was so fatty the skin should be crisp and delicious but instead was all fat and slimy. The bones literally broke apart and left sharp little pieces in the chicken the chicken meat itself was rubbery. Just awful. read more

I'm work all day to go get dinner for me and my kids just have to get home and leave agin to get the actual food to feed them. We went threw drive threw ordered chicken,sides the bowl and drinks with them. It cost $16.16. We thought it was hi priced but always worth it. When we went to the window the girl was so rude and snotty! She rudly gave up the food noo drinks and slammed the window. We waited a few min for her to come back open the window and we said we didn't get our drinks she rudely slammed it again. Then she came with the drinks she just about threw them in as dripping with soda slam the window again. Then we had to wait for a while I was honking the horn finally she came I asked for some napkins to wipe them off I have never had such a bad experience in my whole life I will never go back there again and there's not very many around here.
