Here's my story: After 8 years of being in Westchester, my wife and I decided to finally decide to cut the renting cord and buy our own place. However - there were some complications that we knew we would have. Being self-employed means the typical W2 paystubs that banks were looking for wouldn't cut it - and hoops would have to be jumped through. Enter Greg Pfeiffer and Dawn Sullivan of All Shores Mortgage. They were like lion tamers they way they worked with the banks. At one point things I was getting stressed out for all the paperwork that we had to get together, and Gregs comment to me was "Don't worry Mike - I have backups of backups. One way or another I'm getting you into this house." Greg was a man of his word and within 2 months of us finding the house we wanted, we were in. When I tell people how fast this went, no one can believe it; but we found the house on June 5th and closed on August 10th.
