They will not refund your money even if you follow their policy. We had to pay $679.67 in advance to reserve a couple of RV lots in July. We had to cancel 19 days in advance because of a family concern. We should have been refunded according to their policy, but am still getting nowhere six weeks later. They are scammers!

Every morning they bring you coffee and pastries from The Mercantile Complimentary Water or Soda Awesome Staff It's a sleepy/quiet little town with not much to do but we enjoyed the Quiet!!! *if you do decide to visit keep in mind that it really isn't Handicap accessible. The only downfall was lack of designated parking for the hotel. It would also have been nice if the hotel could provide basic plates and utensils for the kitchenette . To my surprise, there was even a jacuzzi in my room. The only complaint I have is that my room smelled of cigarette smoke when people were smoking outside my room, near my room air conditioner. I had two dogs during my stay and there was absolutely no problem having them here. The cost for the room with two dogs was very reasonable.

We had so much fun and from driving up to the very hugs goodbye, our hosts and proprietors, Cheryl and Stan were warm and welcoming. They are the perfect couple to run a cute place like this because they are friendly and true ambassadors of the little town. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have all the amenities you need. Cheryl even heard that my mom has trouble walking so she shifted accommodations for us when we reserved a month out so that my mom would not struggle with stairs. They invited us to church and we're always checking when we arrived back that we are enjoying our stay. Our room was quaint, cozy, yet spacious and the large king bed was so comfortable! We wanted to buy the decorations as they were so cute and made you feel like you were staying Osage cowboy and Indian country. I highly recommend this place to stay as it overlooks the town on a top of the hill and yet is quiet and peaceful too. I was able to sit on the back porch in the morning writing postcards and reading my Bible. Next time I'm in the area, I'll be staying there again. Go and get an authentic small town experience with the friendliest people around!

The bed was fairly comfortable, the A/C worked well and the shower had good pressure, and the water got hot. It was clean, but had pest repellers plugged in at each end of the room. No phones, no coffee pot. There was a frig and microwave. The only window in the room was behind the desk and covered. Dark and gloomy. I was told the only other motel in town was known for drug trafficking so I guess this was the better choice. If I go again I will commute to Stillwater or Tulsa before staying here again.
