Since they switched us to this shady company Arbella we've had nothing but problems and the run around when we made a claim for wind damage to our roof. Prior to the claim They sent out an inspector (which they never did prior) then began making demands we clean up the yard, replace the roof and get rid of our laying hens because they were a liability. They have been intrusive & playing the middle man between us & the insurance company instead of letting us deal with the insurance directly. Definitely steer clear of this company.

They told me in person that the refinance would be of no cost to me and that it would just swap loan holders. After they pulled my credit however the story changed, and not because of poor credit history. American Eagle informed me that if I want to take advantage of this deal I would need to pay them $1,509 up front because "the value of the car just wasn't there" ... who would have thought a car depreciates?! Now I have a negative hard pull on my credit and the story changes. The only reason I agreed to the inquiry was because they told me it would be of no cost to me. Totally unacceptable and unsatisfying. Thank you American Eagle Financial Credit Union, but no thanks on that offer.

The earliest opportunity I had for repair to my car was 5 days later, which I accepted. When I learned of a school postponement due to storm on the day I was scheduled, I let the vendor know of the situation, and I also contacted the insurance company that has our auto policy. They were of very little help at all in finding a solution for me. I then called Evans, Pires & Leonard Inc. - the agency that handled the policy to begin with. I explained that I'd been driving all week with no window on my driver's side door and that I was now having difficulty getting a glass repairer to work with me without a week's delay. Before that day was over, I had an appointment for the following morning, which was beneficial to me. The glass repairer was excellent, and I am wholly satisfied with the work done. Had it not been for the help of Evans, Pires & Leonard Inc., I'd still be driving without a window until such time as the initial repairer could see fit to assist me.
