I decided to try out this company being that i pay so much for insurance and had a hard time…read moregetting an accurate quote. At first the experience was pleasant and was working with Jane, who was very helpful. We discussed a few different options and i told her via telephone which option i wanted to go with so the next day i gave her my credit card information and it was charged for the first quote that i did not choose. I called the office right away and spoke with Angie (the manager apparently) and she was incredibly rude and actually snickered at one point, as if my situation was comical to her. I understand the confusion that this could cause with Jane because we talked about so many different options, so im not upset with her as long as it gets fixed. The problem i now have is with the management who hung up on me after i asked her for her name and a manager. i had to call back and then she put me on hold and connected me to Jane even though I wasn't done talking to her because i was very upset form the terrible customer service i received. I have yet to hear back from anyone at this point and would NOT recommend this "business" to anyone. Absolutely disappointed!! I will be reporting Miss Angie and her business because she did not even try to turn things around for me or apologize for laughing and then hanging up on me while i was still talking!!Your review helps others learn about great local businesses.
