At one time, this was an excellent agency with agents that cared about their clients…read more Unfortunately, they have gone the way of far too many "local" businesses. They allowed themselves to be bought up by a larger agency that cares ONLY about the book of business they purchased and NOT about how to maintain that book of business going forward. I have canceled every single one of my policies with them after having to fight them to get legitimate claims covered and other various ridiculous issues. The agents no longer will advocate for you and are, instead, going to push all of the legwork of filing claims and fighting for your rightful coverage on you. Avoid them at all costs and go with ANY of the online companies. You will absolutely pay double for your coverages through this agency compared to other policies you can buy yourself from an online company. Yes, read the fine print in the coverages to ensure that you are getting what you need, but don't fall for the corporate rhetoric garbage that this agency will spew at you about why the policies THEY will sell you are better.

When my car was broken into and the driver's side window shattered, I reached out to the agency…read moreright away. They put me in touch with the the insurer, who advised me of my options. The earliest opportunity I had for repair to my car was 5 days later, which I accepted. When I learned of a school postponement due to storm on the day I was scheduled, I let the vendor know of the situation, and I also contacted the insurance company that has our auto policy. They were of very little help at all in finding a solution for me. I then called Evans, Pires & Leonard Inc. - the agency that handled the policy to begin with. I explained that I'd been driving all week with no window on my driver's side door and that I was now having difficulty getting a glass repairer to work with me without a week's delay. Before that day was over, I had an appointment for the following morning, which was beneficial to me. The glass repairer was excellent, and I am wholly satisfied with the work done. Had it not been for the help of Evans, Pires & Leonard Inc., I'd still be driving without a window until such time as the initial repairer could see fit to assist me.
