Two of the workers had less than desirable work. Finally got a great guy who had to redo some of the others work and he ended up completing the original work. YBC agreed to do additional work then backed out 2 days before they finished original contracted work. So we had to finish the project ourselves. Thank goodness hubby was a handyman previously. Would not do business with them again.

The time in between those months, we didn't receive any communication unless we specifically contacted them. It's now mid-October and they started tearing out the bathroom yesterday only for them to call off today due to one guy having a headache. we were also originally told our bathroom would be done in a business week. Now we are told 10 business days. It has been a constant run around with these folks and now one has offered any kind of consolation. This is a lot of money for a business to just not care about their customers satisfaction.
