Just three days ago on return trip from FL in my RV w/a trailer full of equipment the wheel and hub came off on I-10. I stayed the night in my RV and next morning flipped a coin and called Black Knight. Eduardo answered on the first ring and told me he knew my exact location and would be there shortly. Within 30 minutes he and an assistant came and in pouring rain loaded my entire "loaded" broken trailer on his rollback. We then commenced to drive 70 miles to Lake Conroe in the pouring rain and they unloaded my broken trailer perfectly inside one of my shops! Anywho, I spent the better part of one of my vacation days getting towed to discount tire. While this was inconvenient and frustrating I ended up having a positive experience. AGA Wrecker Service is a family-owned business. I specifically worked with Andy and Samuel. They embody professionalism, responsiveness, and respect. I value these things in a company and they exceeded my expectations! No one wants to need a tow for whatever reason, however, if the time comes I HIGHLY recommend AGA! Reasonably priced with a flat rate of $125. This is much appreciated because we all know the scamming/overcharging that can occur with towing services. The best towing company in Houston that we found, because it's only 100 to 150 for a tow and they're pretty reliable, but having said that, the last time our car had been towed away by some other evil tow company, and just for riding out there to get it and realizing it's not there and then running me back with him to where he got me (which was directly on his way back), he charged me the full price of a tow. Now this is a great service that I'd recommend to anyone, but because of this, they lost a 10-year loyal customer and definitely made me a little bit feel slighted.
