    Had to stop in to this branch to make a withdrawal since I was purchasing a vehicle with cash near…read morethe Auto Mall. The teller was basically non-vocal and only asked what was absolutely necessary to complete the transaction, but I think he was new. My complaint is about the branch, the manager, and their "policy." In the past, I've always gone to my home branch and they've been helpful in all my transactions, sometimes printing up a blank Bill of Sale document for me, or allowing me to email them a blank document that I needed to fill out and have notarized and they would print it. This Auto Mall Drive location, however, told me they couldn't print the Bill of Sale because it's "not a Bank of America document." The manager insisted that's it's against policy. She didn't offer any empathy or alternative solutions; just a flat nope, not gonna do that. She wasn't able to show the policy, nor refer me to where I might find it, but said "she was sure that it was against policy." I get that sometimes you just can't help someone, but there wasn't even any willingness to try to come up with a solution. No real customer service. I've been a BoA member for 25+ years and this is the first branch that has caused me to ever provide a poor review.

My credit score is over 800 and I make close to $90k a year. My limit now is $7500 on this card. After making a purchase for roughly $750 and another for $350 this apparently raised a red flag even though this did not even put me anywhere close to my credit limit. I even confirmed the $750 purchase via text shortly after I made it. Then they asked a series of questions but never once asked for my security code on my account. Now I'm seeing similar complaints on here. I've been banking with them for a long time and their customer service has gone downhill since I became a member. I doubt I will be using them for any future large transactions. This seems pretty ridiculous given that I have other cards with much larger credit limits and have had zero issues with using any of those. Very dissatisfied to say the least.

Tried to wire transfer a large amount of money with the help of Arthur M. and it ended up being such a disastrous failure, we lost a lot of money and he could not explain why this was such a screw up on his part ... we thought he was an intern perhaps in training but after contacting corporate we found out he has been there for years .. this particular location has been plagued by theft, mishandling of funds .. that info came from another Chase bank manager in this area that we tried to get to complete our transactions for us. I know I am not the only customer they have here at Chase but he sure makes you feel like it. I just can not express the great feeling it is to find folks that really care about a customer and truly want to help them, not just for their benefit or if they have time. Thank you so much Jared.     So we have been there maybe 5+ years? We are seniors. We have our SS auto deposited and my husband…read moreis still working. His check is an auto deposit. So we get a $500. ck that comes in every month from an annuity. This is mailed to us. Today was the last straw!! There is 20k sitting in savings plus what comes in monthly. This particular check they constantly say they want me to sign before deposit. It's in my husband's name. "Just put it in", no funds back, nothing. They made me sign it, then it was rejected and we had to wait 8 weeks for a reissue. Today they want to put a 7 day hold on this check. I said why? Their reply was, "it's an insurance check." I said no it's from a 401K. They argued and would not bend!! Why are they putting us through this? "Policy" was their answer. We have NEVER BOUNCED ANYTHING, NEVER HAVE A LOW BALANCE. Credit scores over 800!! I am DONE!! They are slow at everything and have no common sense whatsoever! Their lack of customer service is beyond ridiculous! I worked in banking for years, I know how things work. Don't bother going there, they are horrible!!!

I also found a program that is willing to pay the one missed payment on my eh and they refuse to work with them. They are scammers and prey on people when they are most vulnerable. They are NOT an credit Union. They are a loan shark circling around you until the perfect time to eat. Got anywhere I mean anywhere. I have big banks but still got treated better than I do here. Skip them go somewhere else for anything.
