He was friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure he fully understood the issue and followed up quickly over email to get some further information that we discussed. I then had a call with Bob Naegele and Bogdana Alba, who wanted to get an understanding of the business and our requirements to make sure they could be of assistance. Both Bob and Bogdana were friendly and knowledgeable. Once we all agreed that this was the right fit for our business needs, I flew out to complete the account opening process. Upon arrival at the branch, I was greeted by Ven who was just as nice in person as on the phone. I then met with Bogdana who efficiently moved through the process and was very nice and easy to work with.
