I asked the lady on the phone (who was quite abrupt) whether or not they could help and she said yes. I then asked her how much the service would be and her reply was "$25 to get the technician there and about $40 for the service." Thinking to myself that $60 was worth getting my keys back I agreed and met the technician shortly after. The entire process took him less than two minutes. He asked me if the lady on the phone had informed me that there was an additional charge because I have a truck, when I told him that she hadn't he said "oh, then I will just charge you the price of a car." Thinking I was getting the price I was quoted I followed the man to his car for payment. He then told me my total with tax was $166. I was shocked. I sincerely feel as though I have been taken advantage of. When trying to call the company regarding this issue they have been very rude and hung up on us twice.
