Really frustrating and is going to cost me a trip to the dealership. Hopefully it's just the plug and not the oil pan. Their parking was fine, and having an option for a cleaning is convenient as long as it doesn't rain. It's much easier to just park in the new garages at BNA, though.

I did not have a reservation and it took me a while to figure out that I had to go to the Gray Line…read morecounter to purchase a ticket and that I could not just pay the driver directly like another shuttle that I had used previously. I also did not really know where the Gray Line counter was. The shuttle leaves every 15-20 minutes from the airport and every 30 minutes from most hotels. Their shuttles follow a specific schedule and route from Nashville International Airport to Downtown and West End hotels from 5am-11pm. This was good to know so I knew when to expect them to come and pick me up and take me back to the airport. My pickup window was kind of tight but they ended up picking me up early, which I was not ready for or expecting but that was not a bad thing. Their rates are $14 One-Way & $25 Round-Trip, which is is less than a taxi but more than In Shuttle.

AMAZING, OVER THE TOP SERVICE, EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE!…read more Trying to find an affordable way to move 30 people around Nashville for our wedding seemed impossible. After a week of research, it was looking like we were going to have to elope by ourselves. We stumbled across The Nashville Shuttle, being the main transportation from our RV campground. I took a chance and reached out to them with our plan. The staff connected me with Paris, the unbelievably kind and humble owner He immediately offered to add an extra shuttle for our wedding day, for our guests only. He showed up in the beloved "Grandma" shuttle and drove us himself. He absolutely went out of his way to do so many little and big things that made us, and our whole group, feel special, and ready to party. We also got to witness how much he cares for his staff. if you aren't using The Nashville Shuttle, you're on the wrong bus! Give them a call and change your plans, you will not regret it!
