They also helped us deal with our insurance adjuster which took so much stress off our plate, we had no idea what we were doing with all that paperwork. Tim and his team clearly know what they're doing - this isnt their first rodeo with water damage. We purchased an interior door via Lowe's and NAC was contracted out to install. Door was installed properly, but they didn't bother to clean the area (ie wood shavings), or the door (fingerprints of dirt all over) or take off the plastic (which was sneakily quite annoying?). For us, It was a small job so we didn't care too much, but likely wouldn't hire them outside of Lowe's.
