The store is spacious and there are lots of windows, and that contributed to my shopping enjoyment. One clerk offered to take 2 items to the register so I that I could continue shopping. Not only was she extremely thorough and professional, but she also went above and beyond what we originally asked her to do. She was incredibly kind and patient with my grandparents, and even spent time chatting with them. The apartment looks so much better, and we were so impressed that my grandparents will definitely be having her back for additional cleaning. It's hard to find someone who is hardworking, trustworthy, and genuinely caring, but she is all of those things. I highly recommend her services!

She insisted on Cash App payments of "deposits", then no-showed without any communication. She told me she was booked up until after the holidays and has kids so to wait until then to reschedule. I contacted her right after New Year's and she requested an ADDITIONAL deposit. I paid. Then she wanted MORE money. Eventually, I blamed myself for being a sucker. My husband didn't even trust her anymore to have her in our home. He thought she might case our house. I just gave up. Out $345 and no cleaning and, even though she said she would refund, she never did and blocked me.
