She insisted on Cash App payments of "deposits", then no-showed without any communication. She told me she was booked up until after the holidays and has kids so to wait until then to reschedule. I contacted her right after New Year's and she requested an ADDITIONAL deposit. I paid. Then she wanted MORE money. Eventually, I blamed myself for being a sucker. My husband didn't even trust her anymore to have her in our home. He thought she might case our house. I just gave up. Out $345 and no cleaning and, even though she said she would refund, she never did and blocked me. LESSON: If they can't take a credit card or payment on the day they arrive to do the work, find someone else.
