The beauty of this guy is he holds no grudges, if I have an issue, or even better if my lame bank takes 2 weeks to mail an automatic rent payment every month, he will text me and let me know to drop off a payment ASAP before I get hit with a late fee. I send my rent the 20th of the prior month that's how crappy my bank service is Lol - there are other benefits to staying there. He has been excellent and I wish him success in all of his future endeavors.

When there were repeated issues with the air conditioning during a heat wave, he had someone come out immediately, same story when an electrical outlet in the kitchen stopped working. When we had a concern about a deadbolt on a door, he came and replaced it himself ASAP. He was always pleasant, friendly, professional and a great communicator. We were only in town for a few weeks so we needed to make a decision quickly but still feel confident that we were doing the right thing. We ultimately hired Laura from Northbay to watch over our house while we are away. She has held our hands through remodels, leaks, termites, drought fighting yard solutions etc. We are on our 3rd tenant (and 4th year? I think)...and the house looks as great as when it was first remodeled. Obviously Laura has helped ensure that we have great tenants as well as a fair rate. I can't give them 6 stars or else I would. We are 700 miles away and don't have to do much other than receive a check and answer a few questions once in awhile. If that's not great customer service, then I don't know what is :) Hire them! Trust me!

I wonder if their client/homeowner is aware of their lack of professionalism? All we keep saying to ourselves is "they must not be too eager to sell this property. We were able to move into the property a week later as the management knows what they are doing and are very efficient. We are beyond happy with our place, any repairs are an email away and always done very quickly. And annual inspections are easy. Rent is paid easily on a website without having to deal with mailing anything, set up direct pay and done. We have been here 2 years, plan on staying a few more, if we were to move we would move within network of the barrett group as they make things easy. Absolutely reccomend.

Office staff is pleasant, but…read morethe managing Broker does not care about the property condition or on keeping his tenants happy. He and the office personnel always tell you what you want to hear, but then have no follow up. Every work order submitted has been like pulling teeth to actually get the work done, requiring weekly phone calls to check the status. The actual property owner's are very attentive and agree to our requests promptly. However, Burbank drags their feet on getting the repairs completed. Example: our 5-year old dishwasher leaks all over the hardwood floor during use. We reported it to Burbank Rentals in mid-July, with the owner authorized purchasing a new one after a service technician evaluated the problem all within a week of being reported. End of September still no dishwasher. Burbank is pointing fingers and claiming that it's been ordered. 3 months after reporting the issue and having a replacment authorized, still no resolution. If you want a property management company that actually cares about you as a tenant and is on top of customer satisfaction, DO NOT go with Burbank Rentals.

Even stronger are her interpersonal skills and her ability to assess potential tenants to find the best, loyal and responsible people. She has a good feeling on candidates who are not strong at meeting tenant screening protocols. Rebecca is a fair and firm property manager. She maintains outstanding supervision of the rentals and has superior skills at gaining cooperation from tenants. Her completion of paperwork is remarkable. Her communication with all parties is pleasant, thorough and professional. She makes my job as a landlord much easier and I am grateful for her partnership. Two years ago, my husband started a job here in Sonoma County, and was sleeping on couches and in motels, desperately searching for something, while I was waiting back in L.A. with a toddler and a newborn. Jonathan Sr. showed him a place that would've been a bit too small, but let him know about another rental that would be available soon, and hadn't come on the market yet. It ended up being perfect for us, and living here has been wonderful, due in no small part to the wonderful care TASK has taken in attending to the little & big things that come up in a 75-year old home. Jonathan and his son, Jonathan Jr., are incredibly prompt with returning calls, and all the vendors they've sent to us have been friendly and effecient. Very, very highly recommended.

I rented two apartments from timely properties over the course of two years and had many issues…read morewith them. Both units ended up getting mold, the first being black mold that ruined my bed and mattress. All timely did was offer a dehumidifier. The second apartment did not have a working water heater for the first 7 months of my stay due to them installing a new water heater that did not have the proper wattage, and not getting a permit from the city. Nothing was done to compensate me for their mistake. The toilet in the unit also did not have a wax ring for the first 8 months of me living there and was only discovered when there was a leak. When I gave proper notice and vacated the second unit they did not get my security deposit back to me for 6 1/2 weeks. They also constantly spelled my name wrong in interactions despite me correcting them several times. I never felt any kindness or empathy from the staff in my many interactions with them. The only reason for 2 stars is due to the somewhat affordable rent, and simple maintenance requests being fixed. Avoid renting from them if you can.

I was always pretty patient and more than understanding with them. One time, they literally HUFFED…read moreright before answering the phone... I'd feel belittled every time I asked for assistance and if I could I would have just fixed it myself. (Picture attached) It wasn't just the receptionist.. it was managers as well. I never talked to anyone who was beyond decent. Give them a call and you'll see for yourself that they talk to you as if you are bothersome and not a paying tenant. Side note: I posted this year's ago and saw they were able to remove it somehow, but nothing I've said here is inaccurate or untrue. How they treat people should be known to future tenants.
