Implants, crowns, bone graft, fillings, replacement fillings, replacement crowns, gum graft, etc. Have been going to the for over three years. No issues with the procedures. Friendly, safe, clean, and speak very good English (better than my Spanish). Shuttle service from Garcia's (one block from the border) to Dental BioDesign (3 blocks from the border). Garcia's has a fantastic restaurant and gift shop, as well as a pharmacy. Cost is approximately 40% if done in the United States. Procedures are the same as in the United States, as well as their equipment is purchased in the United States.

So I had them prop my chair. The contraption for my jaw for that long caused me jaw pain for the next few days. Well they wanted me to leave a review right after procedure. Are you kidding? I just want to go home and rest after this. After months of dealing with them and my insurance, found out they were not in network but I still have great dental insurance. They overcharged me at appt and I paid it-- I just wanted it done. Well that was in October and today after receiving another statement from my dental insurance my portion was not supposed to be that much. When I call, Sandra said we had cleared the account so that you don't owe us anything. I told her we had been talking about this several times now and I was due a refund!!! They ran it through insurance twice for some reason citing that the wrong doctor was on the paperwork. However MetLife ran it with correct dentist. They also charged a $390 crown build up and I didn't even go in with a crown on!! False practices here, will let my insurance know they are double dipping.

That is where I met Dr Ivan Rodriguez. He explained to me what was going on and needed a root canal. They were able to get me in 5 days later. Dr Ivan put me on pain meds and antibiotics which was a huge relief. Dr Ivan explained everything he was going to do. He was very informative, kind, gentle and very smart. I didn't feel a thing. As far as I can tell he does great work and would t hesitate not one inch to go back to see him again if I needed to. The ladies in the front office and the assistants were all very pleasant, kind and helpful. If I needed anything I know they will help me with whatever I need. I will return in a year for follow up and I'm excited to do so. Look forward to seeing everyone again. Please give this Dr and office a try if you have a toothache.

I went to this office for a consultation. I needed a retreatment and a root canal according to the…read morex-rays. The reason I came to this place is because I see that commercial late at night and figured I would give it a try since it's near my home. For me it is important that a office is maintained and that the front desk are friendly. Also, that the DDS makes me feel comfortable and safe. The front desk don't greet and don't say "thank you..." The room I was in had a water leak stain on the ceiling and a light fixture was a bit dangling. The trim of the door was rotten. When the DDS came in, his handshake was soft, LIMP. He doesn't look into the eyes and seems to be bothered by questions. He was probably in the room for under two minutes. The assistant (a sweet young girl) gave me the treatment plan and expressed that the DDS takes about 15 minutes for a root canal. NO THANK YOU. I ended up going to a SPECIALIST (endodontist) for those treatments. For this reason I give this place a low rating.
