The Office Manager made it a point to help me resolve the issue and was extremely professional. While the front desk staff was rude and lacking communication skills, the management made up for it with their quick and helpful response to the situation.

When the hygienist finished cleaning the right side of my teeth in 15 minutes he said I would have to schedule the left side of my teeth because insurance will only cover half at a time. I scheduled the other half and went to front desk and ask why my insurance only covered half at a time. Turns out my insurance only covers 45% for deep cleaning and I was not informed by any one. This 15 minutes cleaning was no more than a regular cleaning.If I had got a deep cleaning it would take 1.5 to 2 hours and recommends numbing the gums because it is a very intense cleaning of the gums. Now I am waiting for the bill for the fake deep cleaning scam.Stay away!

The Establishment: the office staff is courteous and knowledgeable. They explain any charges that may be incurred before they set up your appointment to make sure you know what you're in for. Then after you've been seen, they discuss your recommended treatments and price tiers for any recommended procedures. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the professionalism of the assistants. It's the perfect place for the general dentistry needs of every family member. The Dentist: explained my dental problems and X-rays thoroughly, and informed me that I had a significant infection causing the severe pain I was having. He then proceeded to tell me he does not prescribe any medication for pain, because taking pain medication turns people into drug addicts. I almost started crying, as I was in so much pain and couldn't believe what I was hearing. He told me to take Tylenol and ibuprofen (which I was already taking in very high doses for my pain), and said the antibiotics would help the infection so I could return in a week for a root canal and tooth extraction. I am completely terrified to have such extensive procedures on my teeth knowing he will not be giving me anything for the pain afterwards. Furthermore, my teeth hurt so much worse after seeing him since he dug around in my mouth with his pointy utensils. I have taken pain medication only 3 times in my life, and it was after the birth of each of my 3 children. And while I understand that narcotic abuse is a problem in this country, you are in the wrong profession if you are a dentist or physician who refuses to treat a patient with legitimate pain. I guarantee you that a 2 or 3 day prescription for an opiate (6 pills?) won't create an addict. That is absolutely ridiculous. Needless to say I will not be having my procedures done with this dentist, and thankfully I was able to be seen with another physician to receive the appropriate treatment I needed. I will update my review with the name of the dentist once I confirm I have the right name.

They demanded I get a root scaling procedure, but admitted my roots were fine. They pushed the root scaling on my husband, who also didn't need it, and charged us a fortune not covered by insurance. Only go to this dentist if you want to pay a lot out of pocket for nothing. When they demanded another unnecessary procedure for my son, whose teeth are perfectly healthy, we walked out.
