I parked my car t this place for two days and came back to my window broken. When I reported to the attendant, he called the manager and she clearly stated we are not responsible for any damages and we have it posted. I did read the sign however, the lack of empathy she showed was horrible she did not care about my car and clearly stated it was my issue I should have parked somewhere else. It's never a problem until it's a problem, so be safe and parked somewhere your car will be safe. read more

Every time I get back from a flight I wait on average 20 min for a shuttle to pick me up. I see all the other shuttles come 2-3 times before key airport comes 1 time! They are close to the airport which is the only positive in my several experiences but pick is a waste of time ! read more

Parking here was fine. The location is a bit sketchy but our car was the way we left it. The only reason we decided to try this place is for the Groupon that we purchased. However they refused to honor our Groupon that we paid for despite us specifically asking when we entered. Ratings were fine on Google but should have checked yelp beforehand. My mistake. Their reasoning for not accepting the Groupon was that they don't accept them in November-December, which is fine. However, we parked for 7 days starting in October (our Groupon was only for 5 days anyways) and we were planning to pay full price for the last two days. But because we picked up our car the morning of November 1st, they refused to accept anything except full payment for the entirety of the parking stay. Cashier at the front was nice but had nothing to offer except a shoulder shrug. We even asked to speak to the manager and were told she was out of town and not accepting calls right now. Be aware and park at your own discretion, but I would highly advise against it. I will not be parking here again and will repost this review wherever I can to spread the word. I hope the extra $30 they made off us is worth it. read more

This was the first time I tried key airport parking and was disappointed from every aspect of service, organization, shuttle times, and overall management. I travel very often and under no circumstance would recommend parking at this lot. Competitors such as Park N fly and the parking spot are much more professional, reasonably priced, customer oriented, & organized. I like their prices. However customer service is bad. Today at 1109am June 27 the driver Bong would not take me to my car when we arrived to the lot. The previous driver wrote on the card row 1. I was in Row 2 however. When I pointed this out he argued with me and said this is what your card says. I said it was incorrect. Good price point but terrible execution. Let me explain. I believe it is $10 a day if it is covered and $7 uncovered. They tell you that once you pick up your baggage from the baggage claim call a number and they will send a shuttle to pick you up. On the ticket you get, there are 4 numbers and 2 were busy and 2 never picked up. i was luckily waiting where they tell you to wait and there were a lot of other people parked there as well. My flight landed at 11pm and when I got to the parking lot it was around 1am. There are NO lights in their parking lot. Kind of sketchy but I guess for the price point you get what you paid for. I would not recommend coming here again unless I was truly on a budget. I would probably pay a little extra money for a parking spot or something like that. read more

Don't. Just don't. Since last year (for me at least), the service quality has plummeted. Shuttle service has become ricidulous. This past week, I (along with a few others) had to wait for 22 minutes for a single Key Airport Parking shuttle. 22 MINUTES. In those 22 minutes, I've counted 9 (that's NINE) TheParkingSpot shuttles come and go. I've counted several of other branded shuttles come and go... while I and other patrons had to stand in the humid hot Houston summer weather in the heated up concrete structure for 22 minutes. Their phone line now is just a voice prompt that repeats 2 or 3 times to go wait at passenger zone 10 that hangs up after. There's no way to call the establishment to even see if a shuttle is on its way. After reading other reviews, my guess is that the management decided to just remove any phone line to talk to the workers / management after getting many calls inquiring where their shuttle was - instead of actually addressing the issue of the shuttle service being unacceptably slow and awful. The shuttle driver had no apologetic tone at all showing up after 22 minutes - and who knows how long it was actually between the shuttle before and the one that came after 22 minutes of me waiting? How long ago was the one before? Simply unacceptable. read more

I PAID $18.59 FOR ONE DAY! not the posted sign of 7.95. I parked at Key Parking 9-23-2020, for 1 day and paid $5.57 (seriously, I have the receipt, no coupons were used, but I didn't question it). I parked there 10-1-20 for 1 day and paid $18.59. When I questioned the price difference at checkout, the lady at the window started yelling at me. I only asked her why was it so much more for just 1 day? I am a Senior Citizen, and all I did was ask a question. She yelled at me twice and talked to me in a very rough manner. I gave her my credit card, paid the $18.59, I was tired from my flight. I called back Oct 4, to talk to a manager--not there-- so I left my name and number. Today is Oct 6, and I am still waiting for a Manager to call me back to explain the pricing, and to discuss why his employee yelled at me constantly. Their pricing is inconsistent. I was lucky enough to get front row parking BUT, when I returned 6 days later there was a huge dent in my door($1750 of damage). Contacted manager via email (as I was told to do) and didn't get a response so I called their boss. Finally got a response and it said basically, Oops...sorry. So unprofessional! It's very sad that in a time of need there are organizations like this looking at taking advantage of people. We parked here for a weekend trip when Harvey hit Houston and our return flight was cancelled. We were initially supposed to return to our car on Sunday and couldn't get to it until Wednesday morning due to the obvious flooding. When we finally got to our car they wouldn't pardon the last few days. This is a sad situation for those that still can't return to Houston due to the airports being closed. First, we had to wait 20 minutes for a shuttle...we saw shuttles for other lots 2 and 3 times while waiting. Then when we got to our car, we discovered it had been broken into....along with 30 other vehicles. Fortunately car was not damaged and nothing stolen, but the attendant instead of being actually sincere made sure we knew the owner wAs only paying for broken windows and not contents. This place must be run by crooks. I was handed a ticket upon arrival on Thursday, today I'm leaving and as I drive away realized I was charged $12 a day for uncovered parking. That's more than the $7.50 and $9.50 for uncovered and covered parking on the sign. Will be disputing charge with my CC company. Bus also slow to arrive upon return to Hobby at a peak time when there should be buses every 10 minutes or so. read more

Will never use them again which is a shame b/c I've always had good experiences up until the last one. It took the driver over 30 minutes to pick me up and I called 3 times to check with the girl and let her know. One time she even hung up on me. The driver was unapologetic to all of us and very rude. I understand things happen but at least say your sorry. Then all their machines were down so only one window was open and the line was crazy. We returned to Houston about 11PM on June 13th (2017) after a long delay in ATL. We were tired, got our baggage and waited and waited for our shuttle. We tried to call and only got a recording every time. It was hot and my clothes were sticking to me. A driver from another shuttle gave us a ride back and of course he couldn't drive into the lot so my husband hiked to the back row to get the car. The attendant was outside and not sympathetic to our dilemma. She said the driver was there in the lot somewhere (probably taking a nap.) She obviously didn't check her recordings. We parked at Key Airport parking when we went on vacation. Service was great, and the shuttle to the airport was very quick. However, we were gone when Harvey hit Houston, and the airports were closed. We were scheduled to come back to Hobby on Sunday, but Southwest wasn't flying back to Hobby until Saturday, 6 days after our original return date. After we returned back to Hobby, we were VERY grateful the lot did not flood, and there was no damage to our car, but disappointed Key Airport did not provide any type of discount or assistance to help with the parking costs.
