We had a rather large patio built by Dipietro. The workers really worked hard and when it was…read morefinished, it was beautiful. The patio was terraced with as much as 10" of concrete. The patio was finished early fall. During the winter, the concrete cracked in several places. I called Mr. Dipietro, he came to look at it and said "concrete cracks in New England, nothing I can do". I asked if he could send someone to cut some relief spacing. Someone came and cut. Still not happy about the cracks in a brand new patio. The following winter there were more and deeper cracks. I did not even bother to call Mr. Dipietro. We had some ice damage repairs done at the house and the contractor said "I can fix your concrete". He fixed it with some filler and I am sure it will fade with age. The contractor also said he wished he could blame any mistakes he made on the area in which we live.
