Beware of these unethical, misleading business practices that we experienced in August / September…read more2025: (1) Defective Vehicle Delivered - Misled in Our Purchase The vehicle was delivered to us with a known defect, which was not disclosed to us, and therefore we were misled. We did not receive all necessary information to make an informed purchase. There is a service report about the issue. It says we made a request for repair. We did not own (hadn't even seen the vehicle) the date of the report. (2) Failed Promise - Reimbursement not Provided We never received a promised check to reimburse us for an expense the dealership promised and guaranteed to pay multiple times. Sales Manager, Justin Robinson, stopped communicating with us. We are still hoping we might get resolution from the dealership owner. However, the email address they provide on this dealership's website is not a good email address. Bounce back.
