The Move team educated us on the local market in which we were interested in, helped us sort through our financials (which weren't perfect), helped us clean-up our credit and were dedicated and committed to helping us find our dream home. This firm's integrity is stellar as they are direct and honest, and made what seemed impossible, possible. Walking into this, I knew zero about the real estate market and purchasing property/homes. However, this team took the time to explain everything in detail and answer all my questions and I mean ALL. In turn I am now able to tell family and friend how to start their home buying journey. I highly recommend you START HERE. The Move team really love what they do and it shows through their hard work and dedication to their clients and the surrounding communities. Move went ABOVE and BEYOND for my family. We closed on our first home (4bdrm/3ba) and even walked into a good amount of equity ($10k+) because they know the market and how-to price point, when submitting offers. We are so happy in our new home. We are forever grateful and hope to be in the position to do more future business with Move. They make life-long dreams come true!

He immediately set us up on a daily email list of homes that match our criteria. After about a month of searching, we submitted an offer. Marc was able to make our offer competitive and stand out from the others without having to over pay. Our offer was accepted out of 10 others. The whole process was a breeze. Marc's office works efficiently and quickly. We signed all docs online while he guided us through the process. No need for multiple trips to his office, it was great. Marc also helped us find a loan that gave us the best deal. He was honest throughout the process and I trusted he had our best interest in mind. Thanks Marc!

Our other friends had worked with Peter and referred him, so I already felt more comfortable. Peter is who he says he is and he comes through; he brings himself to the table and there are no secrets or shadiness in his intentions, though there were times we wanted more things in (formal) writing, which I think was difficult given the constant back and forth with the seller's agent and developer (phone, text, etc). He's excitable and passionate, very outgoing and personable, respectful, and honest. He has high standards for himself, for others, and for the craft of building and maintaining a lasting home. We have literally no other comparison, but from my understanding of a real estate agent, Peter went above and beyond just showing us a few houses and then bailing. He walked us though the entire contract of buying a house on our first in-person meet up and explained everything in detail. He also answered most, if not all, of our questions, even if it took some prodding. (I understand we're not his only clients, but we had a lot of questions and didn't necessarily fully trust the developer we were purchasing from.) Our situation was a bit tricky, and I think that given all the complexities, Peter was there through it all. We don't know what it was like working with the seller, but I will say that I am fortunate that I did not have to be the point of contact or person handling all the logistics and communication. He is super responsive and on top of the process from start to finish (and beyond), and I personally am so appreciative of him and his support through this very stressful and exciting time. We are in our home now, which we love, and he's still following up to get information we requested weeks ago!
