Dylan customized our menu based on my family's preferences for fresh, clean naturally flavorful dishes and he delivered an epic 5-course dinner that tasted as incredible as it looked. His 2nd chef couldn't make it last minute but Dylan made sure this didn't affect our experience by shopping for half of his ingredients and swinging by to check out our kitchen the day before so that he could maximize his time the day of.
