Yet she just automatically filed an extension without communicating with us, so when I asked about my returns, she said she had filed an extension! Oh, and she goes on a month-long vacation after tax season ends. Good luck communicating with her. The kicker? She actually had all the files she needed; she just misread them. Plus, you'd think she would quickly finish the tax files upon her return, but no, she did not. I had to email her repeatedly, and half the time she never responded or just said she was in the queue, when all she had to do was submit what she should have done at first. Because of her, I had to pay interest to the government on my taxes, the extension fee, and I had to pay her. Waste of time and a waste of money, you are better off with an online program; it will probably be more correct anyway.
