The install took 2 days but they were upfront about the scope of work. The materials took quite a while to come in, so don't expect a start date within days of finalizing the design. Kyle from the install team was very professional and they kept my garage clean after their work was completed each day. Now that I've had a chance to use the cabinets and HandiWall I am happy with their work and would confidently recommend them to anyone in my neighborhood.

With 15+ years of experience, his craftmanship showed easily through his work. He paid attention to the details such as crown molding and gave us great advice on details such as fridge panel. More importantly, he was a great communicator. He always responded to our texts and calls promptly and also clearly articulated his plan and schedule. He cared about his work and his clients. When there was a loose plywood panel underneath the countertop after the project, we called him and he stopped by within a week to take care of it. He even went above and beyond and helped us re-install several cabinet doors without additional charge, which were replaced from the manufactory due to the defects. I am delighted with Joel's work ethic and expertise from start to finish. The before and after photos show my wall unit. I wanted to freshen up the small living room so I threw away the existing ugly pressboard cabinet doors, thinking I'd easily find a cabinet maker who would do the work. It took me 2 YEARS! When I asked Joel if's he was interested in a small job, he replied that he liked small jobs and big jobs, either residential or commercial. He finds satisfaction in having a variety of work. I'm a retired elderly woman on a tight budget so i wanted to salvage whatever I could from the old cabinet. Joel resurfaced the old wood, and he built new shelves and doors. The job was started on a Monday and totally finished by Wednesday. My floors were covered with tarp to avoid any scratches and the work site was left clean. I asked if she could simply text me the information instead. Rather than accommodating the request, the dispatcher responded that it was "easy" and began giving me the email address verbally. I asked if she could text the information, or I would have been happy to provide my email address so she could send me the information directly. That would have allowed me to follow up later with the cabinet dimensions and photos. Unfortunately, there was very little willingness to work with me on what seemed like a simple request. After 21 years in the plumbing service industry, I understand the importance of good communication and customer service. Unfortunately, this initial interaction left me with enough concern that I decided to take my business elsewhere.
