I received a Bill from a Collection Agency stating that I owe for services rendered in 2024! I called the Office to inquire. Billing Manager has not returned my repeated calls! I was told she hasn't had time to review my Statements. I inquired about having an implant replaced. The Dentist told me that I should return to the Dentist that put it in. He has since retired, I stated. I wouldn't have been there if his Practice was open. There are a lot of things that consider, but also many industry tricks that can throw a person off course. Not here. This practice is exactly what I hoped for: - No gimmicks like offering customers potential awards for a 5-star review. - No tricks like saying they accept insurance, while they are not on that provider's 'preferred' list. - No whacky photographers taking pictures of your teeth just as you show up. - No gimmicky office tours with gifts for nice reviews. - No tricks to make make a person spend more money than they have to. Yes, those things and more happened at another dental practice, so I was hesitant. Bogey Hills Dental was great to me. The Dr. and staff were extremely efficient and made the work seem like they could do it with their eyes closed. It was a real relief to find this practice. Their work turned out great, and I look forward to going here for a long time to come. Honesty, integrity, and friendliness is what I found here. Thank you BHD!

This office managed to get me in within a couple of days. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly by the staff. Everyone was very nice and understanding. I went back for X-rays within a few minutes, then took a seat in the dentist's chair. I explained to Tina what happened. I also explained that, as a disabled vet, money is not something I have large quantities of. Tina absolutely went above and beyond and saved me from having either crippling debt or a lost tooth. She gave me some extremely helpful advice involving my benefits, and the main thing is? She didn't have to. She didn't have to help me with something not involving the clinic. She did anyway, and that speaks volumes to me. She also was able to fix my crown temporarily, so I could at least walk around without an exposed (and very painful) nerve in my mouth. I can't tell you how much I appreciate this. Because of my experience, I will always recommend the dental clinic to anyone who asks!

The front desk lady was nice (however, couldn't tell me how much they would charge me just for a checkup) nice as well as the "nurse" that was helping me get my X RAYS done. The doctor came in, she was kind and told me that the problem was in my retainer which was pretty reasonable. 20 minutes later the hygienist walks in. She started looking at my gums. Again, no one asked me whether I wanted her to do that or not. I wanna point that out. After she was done, she talked to me standing, staring into the computer, which is fine. Busy people I guess. The end of my visit was the worst part. The "finance" lady came in. Not sure what her title of the job is. She brought me to her desk and started talking about the hygienist treatment that I never asked for. Asking if I will be looking at financing and stuff. Again I came in just for tooth pain which was caused by my retainer. I politely declined the treatment, saying that I will be flying back home and maybe there my doctor can look at that. I told her "I came in with tooth pain which was caused by my retainer" She replied "Maybe I am not understanding something, why did you set up an appointment?" "Why did you come in?" ...like I came there for nothing. At that point she was just trying to make me feel stupid. Saying out of pocket remarks... and asking when I will be flying back home.
