This lawyer lacks all professionalism since we contracted his firm for an appeal which he indicated was easy and clear, it was a very frustrating and inadequate representation. Just to get the case which he sold his services as very expensive but that they would put all their efforts to help as well as their expertise. The first downfall was that they did not present the appeal at the court assigned date and they had to request extension of time ( because now it was a complicated case) . Why would you request more time to prepare a case that was so easy and that you have the expertise? He was never accessible, always in a case. The family's perception is that Mr. Worsham and his staff never identified with the case in hand, this was a very sensible case of custody, parental alienation where not only the parent is affected but the extended family as well. We had hopes of resolution based on how Mr. Worsham presented his services and expertise justifying the high cost and we lost the appeal , the monies as well as the time .

We highly recommend this law firm to anyone struggling with custody issues and particularly to grandparents called upon to parent grandchildren.
