He doesn't actually listen to his clients or do anything they ask. On top of that, he is drastically too expensive for what he actually does do. Used him for a divorce and custody hearing. He let the other lawyers take everything from me as far as the marital assets, and let me get screwed over on child support. When we went back to court, the other lawyer beat him down like a scolded puppy. He's useless. At the end of the hearing, it took him a year to get the order to the judge. I asked him to let me review it before it went to the judge, but he didn't. So I finally have a signed order, but it's wrong and cuts me out of a year's worth of child support from my ex. When I tried to talk to him about it, I was told that he doesn't handle that kind of case anymore. Thank goodness, because I wouldn't want him screwing up any one else's life as bad. I would never recommend him in any form to anyone. Avoid using him at all cost. He's a terrible lawyer, spends all his time hunting instead of working on your case, and doesn't care if he wins or not.

I provided meticulous details including emails, text messages and a thorough timeline of events. None the less Kevin was unfamiliar with any of the details or extensive files in my case. He did not develop a case strategy what so ever. Did not even try to get a discovery. Did not speak up for me at all, not even once and would not return my emails. I basically paid Kevin to be a secretary for the plaintiff. He was far too eager to facilitate what ever was requested by the plaintiffs attorney and never asked for anything from them.
