Wow! I am so happy to have met Dr. Fleming and his secretary yesterday, that I may just switch dentists. My 6 year old busted his mouth and there was blood, screaming, etc. I called our dentist and there was NO EMERGENCY #!!! I was so stressed out, I did not know what to do. I called several dentists trying to find one open, and none were, and the ones that were open, were not able to see him. I called Dr. Fleming, as he is a child dentist, and his secretary answered and said he left already, but would call and see if he could come back real quick. Well, he did! He met us there in 5 minutes from the time I called. He looked over my son, told me what needed to be done, and made me feel so much better! I am extremely happy I was able to get a hold of someone on a Friday night, and that he cared enough to come back to his office and look over my son for me. Thank you Dr. Fleming! And thank you to his secretary (totally forgot her name) for being there and caring enough to call him after he had gone home for the day! read more

I went to this office thinking they would be excellent with children but they weren't. From the front office to the back the staff were rude and unfriendly. I thought maybe it was just a bad day for them but I spoke to a friend of mine and she had the same experience. I know I will never take my children there. I feel horrible for the people who have no choice but to go to this unprofessional office. read more

This doctors office was horrible from the start...as soon as I walked in with my daughter they tell me that I can't go back to the room with her. Which blew my mind and I refused! I wasn't about to allow my four year old to go anywhere with strangers. Finally Once we get to a room the doctor comes in looking not very up kept and tells me if my daughter doesn't corporate she might have to be held down with restraints... I said, "no you won't I can talk her threw everything." He then looked at me and kind of rolled his eyes (I could just tell he was rude). Once he started to fill my daughters cavity he gave her a shot for numbing and I talked her threw it and she was fine. While I was holding her hand I felt her squeeze really tight and started to cry so I said, "I think she needs more numbing medicine!" He replied with a snippy attitude and told me "if I wasn't asking her if she was in pain then she would be fine!" Oh! I was done, I wanted to take my baby and get out! "I told him that she's definitely in pain and I told him give her more pain medicine!" He did but as soon as he did he said he was done & then literally got up and walked right out!!!! I couldn't believe how rude and unprofessional he was, let alone he's a children's dentist! I would think he would have some compassion!! NEVER AGAIN! Never!! read more

There's no stars to give to this office my son was seen on 05/14/18 for cavities on his front teeth my husband brought him in. when I go home from work I looked at the horrible job that was done on his fillings his filling are uneven with a huge gap and sticking forward giving my son a underbite keep in mind my son is 3 years old and he was given huge fillings that u would place on a 8 year. I booked a apt with another dentist in lodi and basically said he was not able to fix another Dentist mistake because those fillings were hard to take off and his regular teeth can brake. So there i go back to flemmings office to ask why this work was done on my son and his response was well he was not very Cooperative and i was not able to do a better job really my son was tied to a chair how much cooperative does he need to be. Than he states and i quote well i thought to myself is it really worth trying and fighting him. Are you freeking serious what type of sick dentist says that to a mother of a child who's teeth will be messed up for years what type of dentist straps kids to a chair and still messes up his teeth and than still says is it worth fighting him now no one will fix his mistake because of the risk it is to do it. Thank You Dr. Flemmigs i hope this get read by some one in your office and your well aware of the damage you have done to my son even though i highly dought he will even care with the of the answers he already gave me. I have known the Doctor for years and usually stop in a couple times a week. He is very good with the kids and the staff does everything possible to make the kids feel safe and secure. We all know what it's like for children going to the Dentist. Scary but I truly know this doctor and staff care about the kids and their anxiety. They might be strict on appointment times but that is so other patients don't end up waiting because someone else was late. You make the appointment time the least you can do is be on time. A couple patients being late can back everyone up and now you have a bunch of unhappy patients. Being on time is important and I know a lot of doctors and will charge you 50$ or more for missing appointments. Sometimes the doctor will have the parent wait in the waiting room when they become a distraction to the child. It's not to be mean it's in the best interest of the child. The Doctor has been in business for years and I believe you would be well served to use his services. read more

As an employee of a federal funded program I will make sure that I will not refer any of my families to this practice. I want to make sure my families are treated with respect and dignity!! I have had my 2 kids go to this dentist office for the last couple years. They were very nice and friendly at first. Until today. My 6 year old had an appointment at 8am. I arrived at 8:02am and they told me I was late and that I would have to reschedule and that would cost me $5. Really?! My son was literally the only patient there. I would understand if the place was full of patients and they had taken on another patient, but there was no one there! We had never been late before and the one time we are late they said because people take advantage of the 10 minute "grace period" so they don't do grace periods anymore. Again, I could understand if I was even 5 minutes late. But 2 minutes?! So if we were to arrive early, would they give us $5? Seriously, shitty service. read more

My family has been seeing Dr. Fleming for some years now he is great. However, when it come to the office staff such as the office Manager Joyce, her rudeness and unprofessionalism and incompetence of having any kind of management skills are very poor. I find it very sad that due to his staff having no inability, to become proficient enough to conduct some sort of training to handle simple task is very sad. His office staff lacks the ability, of having any skills. The worst dental experience my family had to go through today January 29, 2015. Absolutely horrible, rude customer interactions. Pathetic records keeping of any kind. Office Manager not qualified. Too many people behind the desk doing nothing, and having back office staff answering phone lines. They have too many overturns of hiring incompetent staff. I am a busy business women. When I can't take the kids to their appointments, their father takes them for me. However, this was not his first rodeo with the front office staff nor mine. They asked him for his ID, because the previous employee failed to ask him from day one 3 years ago! The "Office Manager" Joyce stated that the office is going to have to discontinue seeing my family. They are probably upset because every time my kids go to see Dr. Fleming, there is nothing wrong with their teeth. Thank God! I will GLADLY, take my family business elsewhere! I told her that because of her RUDENESS Dr. Fleming will be losing 4 patients. She stated it doesn't matter we can refuse anyone we like! Well good luck to that Joyce! My daughters have been seeing Dr. Flemming for 3 years and this last year has been the most awful experiences! To make a long story short, the most recent dental hygienists have been very short with my 4 and 6 year old, and rude. Now onto Dr. Flemming, he has been very rude to my daughters and told me they needed unnecessary work done IE my 4 yr old has a damaged front tooth and he first said its fine no need to worry, 6 mo later schedules to have it taken out. Wth no explanation, so I took her on my own for a second opinion, and they said there is absolutely no need for her to have it out and be without a front tooth for 3 years. The way he and his staff treated my daughters was way out of line, after all your a "children's dentist" you should be a little nicer to the children! I have found a new dentist, so my daughters will not be treated badly and have to go through having unnecessary work done. read more

Dr.fleming is really great compationate doctor, he have long experience,very competent ,kind,fast and effective,god bless his majic hands, I took my son 3 years old to many dentists,he have a lot of cavities, because he is very active, all of them wants to treat him under general anesthesia, which have huge risk on 3 years old, they want to sedate him to make it easy on them selfs, a lot of lazy people / dentists around,except Dr.fleming he respected my wishes,and he treated my son teeth in perfect way,he have to physically restraints him, which fine,he can cry little bit,then he will forget about it in only 2 or 3 minits after treatment,and it's way safer than general anesthesia, people talking about bad customer services, well just come on time,don't be late,what the hard thing on this, and think smart please, you taking your son to see competent doctor, not to see secretary, don't be so sensitive, and stupid,this not gonna help your son, you can spoil your son at home, but they have no time in the office to spoil you or your son, they have honest assertive services.
