So I had to contact my doctor office again and they faxed the order again - to both numbers just to be sure - a week later, Beacon central line told me again that they never received the orders, despite me having confirmations for the dates and times the orders were faxed. So here I am, the patient, playing the middle man between the Tri-Health Blue Ash Internal Medicine and Beacon Orthopedics just trying to get help for my back pain. Taking my business somewhere else. My follow up visits were informative and the staff was beyond helpful with the disability forms and paperwork. Dr. Rao was never in a rush during follow up visits. Check in was quick, prep was even quicker, and the entire time my son was in surgery I knew what stage he was in. After surgery they called me while I was in the waiting room to go over the procedure amd any questions I had. Recovery the ladies were amazing and answered everything I came up with after already being asked lol. They quickly got us discharged but did not rush us, we were ready lol.

She pointed out I was having stiffness in certain arm positions and that the continuance of exercises and a cortisone injection might get me over this episode and back on track. I had to stop physical therapy as Medicare was starting to bill me as it appeared I had exhausted my covered allowable visits. Lesley gave me the confidence to keep up my exercise protocol at home and to return in 8 weeks to assess how the injection might have helped my range of motion. He said there's nothing I can do for you and I still have crooked fingers to this day. He has zero bedside manner. He's just awful.

Do not trust this company at all! I went in for an x-ray and stated that at the time I did not have…read moreinsurance. They very nicely told me for what I needed the total cost would be this amount, ($230.00) if I paid in full that day. The Dr. himself even noticed that i did not have insurance and also said the same, and my mother and I were both there to verify. At the end of the appointment(a couple of x-rays) I paid the full amount. A few weeks later I get a bill for another good amount of money. I called the office and was told flat out that not only I was a liar, but my mother who was also there when the conversation happened was also lying. So she stated I had no choice but to pay the additional bill. She would not even listen to any details about the conversations we had at the office! Why would I have paid the full amount that day if they were going to bill me for that and more! My husband said to not pay it and we will go see them, but I am not that type of person so I just started making payments on every bill they sent each month-on time every time! I then get a nasty letter saying they are sending me to collections for the remaining $53.00 I owe them, and I have never missed 1 month of payments-never! It stated they can basically ruin me and "you would not want that to happen". That really upset me so I wrote them a letter and told them how I have been paying this bill every month for something that I do not even owe-and now you send me a nasty collections letter for the last $53.00??? I paid them the $53.00 of the "made up" bill and just know to never go there again. I would not trust this place for any medical affairs at all-they are as dis-honest as they come. If they cant even do their billing honestly, who knows what the rest of the service is like! This office must work on commission and I guess someone wanted a bonus.
