I'm one of those folks who only goes to the doctor when absolutely necessary. I try using…read moreover-the-counter medicine and home remedies, and head to the medics when nothing seems to help. Recently, I had an ailment that caused my eyes to swell, and decided it was time to call in the professionals. I took an appointment with Dr. Bibler when my regular doctor was unavailable. Dr. Bibler appeared with his med student, asked minimal questions, then diagnosed me with seasonal allergies. Not the case, as this was a contact ailment. The med student even mentioned that I had no other symptoms related to season allergies (coughing, sneezing, watery eyes, etc.) No swabs were taken. He didn't come close to take a look at my eyes. In fact, he didn't even touch me at all. Instead, he prescribed me $160.00 eye drops ($30.00 cost after insurance) and told me to come back in five days if I wasn't better. Great. A few days later, my eyes swelled completely shut and I had to go to Urgent Care. This doctor (who did take a culture swab) diagnosed me with an infection and prescribed two antibiotics. I told him about my medication from Dr. Bibler, in which I learned Dr. Bibler prescribed me eye drops for seasonal allergies. Had he actually taken a culture swab, he would have learned my condition was more serious. As such, I could have been recuperating with the proper prescription rather than taking a trip to Urgent Care. I feel like instead of remedying the problem, Dr. Bibler gave me a prescription just to have me return for another appointment, and of course, another doctor's bill. It's the business of medicine, and he knows how to play the game.

Dr Bibler has been my primary care physician for about 5 years. He is always very thorough and…read moremakes logical and sound medical decisions. As a pharmacist I am probably a little more critical than usual on prescribing patterns and I believe that he makes sound medical decisions based on current medical literature and guidelines. I had an issue recently with a resident under their supervision by the name of Dr. Tedroy Jackson…read more Recently, I had a friend under his care and I went to go visit her. When I met Tedroy, I mentioned that I have a niece applying to medical school (or residency, I'm not sure how it works). With his permission, I gave my niece Tedroy's social media account, LinkedIn maybe, and the two connected. I thought everything was ok until I recently spoke with my niece. Over the course of a month, Tedroy Jackson lorded his position as a resident over my niece. He demanded her attention and would threaten her application if she hesitated. Unfortunately, my niece does not want to bring this matter to the attention of the hospital out of fear that it would affect her application. So, I am asking that someone interject and control Dr. Tedroy Jackson. His actions are unprofessional and threatening. I expect more from those who represent the name of Christ.

My elderly mother was referred to Christ Hospital by another doctor. That doctor told me Christ…read moreHospital would be in touch. I received a message from "McKenzie". On 4/7/26 I called back and tried to reach her. A female answered, said McKenzie was busy, spoke over me, and began asking for my mother's information. When I told this female I'd hold for McKenzie, she hung up on me. When I called back, it was the same female. She cut me off and put me on hold. McKenzie answered. I told her what happened. She tried to glide right past it and began asking for my mother's information. I told her I wanted the name of the female that hung up on me so I could file a complaint. She said it would take her 15 min. to find out & call me back. She never did. On 4/10/26 I called back and was able to leave a message for Heather Byers who was identified as the supervisor of the schedulers. She never returned my call. On 4/15/26 I spoke w/ "Stephanie" who identified her self as the supervisor of the Mason facility. She said she'd look into it and call me back. On 4/16/26 Stephanie left a voicemail that no one knows, or has heard of Heather Byers. Believe it or not, I even sent an email to the CEO, Deborah Hayes (deborah.hayes@thechristhospital.com). And guess what? No reply! Imagine that! Aside from the absolutely unfit, rude, undignified thing that hung up on me, the others are either completely incompetent or intentionally deceptive and dismissive. Either way, this organization can't be trusted with the care of my elderly mother.
