Our puppy also went home with a bag of goodies, a free 1 month trial for pet insurance, and vaccination documents ready for our vet. The puppies are clean and appear well cared for. We received a vet record which included her vaccination history and upcoming needs. They disclosed that her fontanelle had a small opening that had not fully fused during her development but was in great health. We chose to adopt her with this information. It was an almost microscopic opening and was not deemed a serious health risk. We took her to the vet ourselves after adoption for a full checkup. She received a clean bill of health. We had information on our puppy's parents but did not meet them. I do not believe they are on the same location. We have lived with our puppy for 3 years now and she is an absolute sweetheart and extremely healthy. She is timid around others due to her smaller size but never has had issues that appear abuse related like our other two dogs adopted from other locations not part of this breeder. I plan to adopt from here again if we are ever ready to care for additional dogs. I would recommend them.

When we got her home, she even seemed to be almost potty trained. We could tell that she lived with a family. If and when I'm ready for another puppy, I will for sure be going back to Creekside puppy adoptions.

We were able to go to they house and see the puppies and pick ours. The sire, and the dam where also on site. Every one of their dogs was so clean and well trained. Even the Sire loved on my 2.5 year old son. They allowed us to spend some time there with the pup, while they answered every question we had about the breed and the dogs specifically. Once we decided we wanted the puppy and left, they kept us updated on the puppy until pick up day. Naamah was sending photos of our puppy and texting us about changes. We had them crop our puppy's ears and they kept us completely updated that day easing our mind. People were even commenting on photos, after we got out puppy home, about how wonderful of a crop it was. When you are there you can see how much they all caring for their dogs and puppies. When we decide we want another puppy it will only come from Mr. and Mrs. Perkins. Highly Highly recommend.
