If I could give 10 stars to this office I would! Alicia was the most caring and helpful…read morerepresentative I have ever encountered with any insurance company!!! She helped me start up my policy with Geico over the phone and made it as painless and hassle free as possible! Most insurance companies just care about money but not here. Alicia went over every detail about my policy and also helped explained what my policy covers and doesn't cover even after the office had closed for the day. I called right before closing and she was assisting another client and said she would call me back. I honestly assumed that I would get a call the next day but she called me back like she said and made sure I had no question unanswered! I couldn't have thanked her enough! The definition of outstanding customer service!! Thank you again Alicia! You are awesome!!

I just finished my third (VA) refi with this company. I truly can't emphasize enough at how…read morepleasurable and effortless the process was each time due to Collin Clifford's commitment and availability. If ever an issue arose, regardless of the day or time, he was reachable and quick to get to the bottom of whatever the issue was. Just for an example, my HOA recently was transferred to another company and there was an issue whether they had what had been required flood insurance. Collin not only alerted the HOA that it had been required by FEMA in the past, but he checked to see if it was still a FEMA flood zone. This was the HOA's responsibility, but he took the lead on this. I could list a dozen other examples of how he went above and beyond, but suffice it to say that he embodies the best of his profession. He gets an 11 out of 10 in my book.

My special circumstance........I needed to start working in the rideshare industry. I checked with the insurance companies that rhyme with shmeico and gallstate, and neither company offered rideshare endorsement in California. I requested a quote and heard from Kai within 24 hours. We started our conversation through email and text which was great because I was running around doing errands when she first reached out. Kai was able to gather my information and provide me with a reasonable policy rate. I had a new policy with State Farm within a week and could start working with Lyft confident that I had the coverage I needed. Kai is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. If she doesn't know the answer right away, she will research it and get back to you. It's nice to receive this kind of service as a customer. Thanks, Kai!

So here's the deets... it's on a very busy Palm St in Imperial Beach so if you've been you know how bad traffic can be with that being said it's Loud and we can't forget the homeless walking by screaming & yelling. While you're standing outside talking about your personal business along with having your personal documents out while watching your back you can't hear very well with a complete plastic barrier between you and the insurance rep., literally the plastic is from the top to the bottom of the wooden desk( I've seen doors with more gap than this)! Then to top it off the Only Rep in the office couldn't get to my policy Twice(even with the documents in front of her) but hey the 3rd time was a charm when I provided the name and number to the main office that opened my account( I know the office was closed due to a convention they were attending) so I'm thinking she finally called a number to help the Reps. AnyHoot, It All Comes Down To This......Save Your Time and Gas and call the numbers provided on your cards or call your local office but this office visit was pointless and a waste of time for me because the Phone Rep handled EVERYTHING over the phone as I sat in my parked vehicle!! The only thing the office rep did was print my temporary insurance card After the Phone Rep sent it over to her for printing, then she slid it to me and walked away. If I could star rate the Phone Rep who helped me, I'd give him 5 stars but my rating is for the office and if I could I'd give a --1 star!!
